Abstract
วิจัยพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลแขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชตามมุมมองของมหาบัณฑิต ประชากร คือ มหาบัณฑิตพยาบาลศาสตร์ แขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปี 2550-2557 จำนวน 303 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) คุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ของมหาบัณฑิตพยาบาล แขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช (มสธ.) 7 ด้าน ใช้มาตรวัดของออสกูด แบ่งเป็น 11 ระดับ และ 3) ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเป็นคำถามปลายเปิด แบบสอบถามพัฒนาขึ้นโดยบูรณาการแนวคิดของมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พ.ศ. 2555 วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาบัณฑิต แขนงวิชาการบริหารการ พยาบาล มสธ. และคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ที่พึงประสงค์ของมหาบัณฑิต มสธ. ตรวจสอบความตรงของ
แบบสอบถามโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา 0.95 คำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาคได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามที่ส่งกลับจำนวน 162 ฉบับ (ร้อยละ 53.46) โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาตามมุมมองของมหาบัณฑิตพบว่ามหาบัณฑิตแขนงวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช มีคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์ครบทั้ง 7 ด้าน ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ
มากที่สุด (M=8.74 , SD=0.64) โดยคะแนนสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ 1) คุณธรรมและจริยธรรม (M=8.98, SD=0.64) 2) มนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี (M=8.95, SD =0.74) และ 3) ความรับผิดชอบ (M = 8.78, SD = 0.80) และจากข้อมูลคำถามปลายเปิดพบว่า มหาบัณฑิตมีคุณลักษณะและอัตลักษณ์เพิ่มเติม 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ นอกจากนั้น มหาบัณฑิตยังได้นำผลจากวิทยานิพนธ์หรือค้นคว้าอิสระไปใช้พัฒนาระบบบริหาร พัฒนาระบบบริการ พัฒนาตนเองและพัฒนาวิชาการ รวมทั้งขยายผลการพัฒนาไปยังงานอื่น ๆ มีการทำงานวิจัยต่อเนื่องและนำหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์มาใช้ในงานประจำ ตลอดจนมีเครือข่ายทางการพยาบาลเพิ่มขึ้น
The purpose of the descriptive research was to study the characteristics and identity of graduates from the Master of Nursing Science Program in Nursing Administration from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) according to Graduates' Perspectives. The sample included 303 graduate nurses who finished their study during the academic year of 2007 – 2014. The research tool consisted of 3 parts: 1) personal information, 2) seven characteristics and identity of the graduates, which classified by 11 levels of Osgood's semantic differential scale, and 3) open-ended questions for comments and suggestions. A questionnaire was developed by integration of the concept of Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education of Master of Nursing Science Program, Office of the Higher Education Commission, the Ministry of Education in 2012, aims of the Master of Nursing Science program in Nursing Administration of STOU, and desirable characteristics and identity of the graduates from STOU. The questionnaire was verified by 5 experts and the Content Validity Index was 0.95. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the second part was 0.97. Data returned (53.46%) were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The content analysis from open ended question was conducted. The findings revealed as follows. Graduate nurses agreed that they possessed all seven characteristics and identity of graduates in Master of Nursing Administration program from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University and rated these characteristics and identity at the highest level (M= 8.74 , SD = 0.64 ). The top three domains were: 1) morality (M = 8.98, SD = 0.64 ), 2) interpersonal relationships (M = 8.95, SD = 0.74 ), and 3) responsibility (M = 8.78, SD = 0.80). The analysis results of open-ended questions illustrated that these graduates possessed one more characteristic and identity which was a leadership domain. In addition, they applied knowledge and experiences from their thesis or independent study to develop their works such as an administrative system, a service system, and an education system, self-development, and education development, as well as extending to other works. They also continued doing researches and used evidenced based in their routine work. Finally, they had built up their nursing networks
