การประเมินโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อยของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้นของโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อยของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 (2) ประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงานของโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อยของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต1 และ (3) ประเมินผลผลิตของโครงการบ้านนักวิทยาศาสตร์น้อยของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 1 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 80 คน ครู จำนวน 171 คน นักเรียนอนุบาล 1-2 จำนวน 286 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 537 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และ แบบทดสอบ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ได้แก่ บุคลากร สื่อ วัสดุและเทคโนโลยีในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และการสนับสนุนการกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ (2) ด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การดำเนินงาน การวางแผน และการติดตามและประเมินผล และ (3) ด้านผลผลิตโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงการ และความรู้ ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ซึ่งผลการประเมินเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

The objectives of this research were (1) to evaluate the input of the Little Scientists’ House Project of schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 1; (2) to evaluate the process of the Little Scientists’ House Project of schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 1; and (3) to evaluate the output of the Little Scientists’ House Project of schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The key research informants were 537 persons classified into 80 administrators, 171 teachers and 286 students. The research instruments were a questionnaire and a test. Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that (1) regarding the input evaluation, it was found that the input as a whole including the personnel, instructional media, materials, instructional technology for organizing learning activities, and the provided supports was appropriate at the high level; (2) regarding the process evaluation, it was found that the process as a whole including the operation, planning, follow-up and evaluation was appropriate at the high level; and (3) regarding the output evaluation; it was found that the output as a whole including the satisfaction with the Project, and the students’ knowledge and science process skills was appropriate at the high level. Thus, the evaluation results met the pre-determined criteria.
