Abstract
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล สภาพทางสังคม และสภาพเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการจัดการโรคพริกและการวินิจฉัยโรคพริก 3) การปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการจัดการโรคพริกและ 4) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการผลิตพริกของเกษตรกรที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ และเกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตพริก ปีเพาะปลูก 2564/2565 ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอเรณูนคร จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 20 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยกลุ่มที่ 1 คือ เกษตรกรกลุ่มที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ และเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มศูนย์จัดการศัตรูพืชชุมชน จำนวน 10 คน และกลุ่มที่ 2 คือ เกษตรกรกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ จำนวน 10 คน ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เก็บข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามเเบบมีโครงสร้าง และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าตํ่าสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรสองกลุ่มมีสภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจที่เหมือนกัน เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 55 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา การถือครองที่ดินเป็นของตนเอง พื้นที่ปลูกพริกเฉลี่ย 1 ไร่ และมีประสบการณ์ปลูกพริกเฉลี่ย 10 ปี 2) ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการจัดการโรคพริก เกษตรกรกลุ่มที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์มีความรู้ในระดับมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 60 กลุ่มที่ไม่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ มีความรู้ในระดับมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 35 ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการวินิจฉัยโรคพริก เกษตรกรกลุ่มที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ เกษตรกรทั้งหมด มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวินิจฉัยศัตรูพริก ส่วนกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ เกษตรกรร้อยละ 90 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวินิจฉัยศัตรูพริก 3) การปฏิบัติในการจัดการโรคพริกของเกษตรกร พบว่า วิธีการปฏิบัติของเกษตรกรทั้งสองกลุ่มที่แตกต่างกัน คือ การจัดการป้องกันโรคพริก โดยเกษตรกรกลุ่มที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ มีการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ Bacillus subtilis TU089 ในการป้องกันโรคพริกในระยะกล้า ระยะพริกออกดอก จนถึงระยะเก็บเกี่ยว สำหรับกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์มีการใช้สารเคมีกลุ่ม แมนโคแซบ ตั้งแต่ระยะต้นกล้าจนถึงระยะเก็บเกี่ยว ปริมาณผลผลิตพริก กลุ่มที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ ผลผลิตพริกเฉลี่ย 1,396 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ ซึ่งน้อยกว่ากลุ่มที่ไม่ได้รับการส่งเสริมการใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ ให้ผลผลิตเฉลี่ย 1,761 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่และ 4) ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการผลิตพริก พบว่า เกษตรกรทั้งสองกลุ่ม มีปัญหาด้านการตลาด และต้นทุนการผลิตพริกเช่นเดียวกัน ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกรต่อปัญหาความรุนแรงของโรคพริก เกษตรกรทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความเห็นว่า โรคเน่าคอดิน โรคใบหยิกเหลืองพริก โรคใบจุดตากบ และโรคกุ้งแห้ง เป็นโรคพริกที่มีความรุนแรง ผลจากการศึกษานี้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดการผลิตพริกปลอดภัย ต่อไปได้ในอนาคต
The objectives of this study were to study 1) the socio-economic conditions of farmers, 2) basic knowledge about chili disease management and diagnosis, 3) practices for chili disease management, and 4) the opinions on problems in chili production of farmers who had been extended to use biological agents versus farmers who were not trained about biological control. The sample population for this study were 20 chili farmers in Renu Nakhon District Nakhon Phanom Province who registered with the Department of Agricultural Extension in production year 2021/2022. Chili farmers were separated by a purposive sampling method include group 1, farmers who had been extended to use biological agents and group 2, farmers who had not been extended to use biological agents. The data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values. The results showed 1) Chili farmers from both groups had the same social and economic conditions. The majority of farmers were female, with an average of 55 years and had completed primary education. They had ownership of land and had experience of chili farming for an average of 10 years. 2) About 60 percentages of the farmers who had been extended to use biological agents had an excellent level of chili disease management knowledge. About 35 percentages of farmers who had not been extended to use biological agents had an excellent level of chili disease management knowledge. Specifically for knowledge about chili diagnosis, 100 percentages of the extended group were knowledgeable and 90 percentages of the non- extended group were knowledgeable.3) Farmers between the two groups used different prevention methods of chili disease. The extended group used Bacillus subtilis TU089 for chili diseases management at seedling stage and flowering stage until harvest. The non- extended group use chemical disease control such as Mancozeb frequently at seedling stage to harvest. Yield of chili extended group averaged 1,396 kilograms per rai (1 rai= 1,600 square meters), which was less than the farmers in the non- extended group, whose yield averaged 1,761 kilograms per rai. 4) Farmers’ opinions on problems in chili production were found to be mainly marketing problem and production costs, in both groups of farmers. Farmers gave the opinions that the most serious chili diseases in their experience were stem rot disease, chili yellow curly leaf disease, frog eye leaf spot disease, and anthracnose disease. In the future, the research findings could be developed to improve safe chili production guidelines.
