ผลการจัดกิจกรรมประกอบอาหารที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมช่วยเหลือของเด็กปฐมวัย ในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กเรนโบว์แลนด์กรุงเทพ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมช่วยเหลือของเด็กปฐมวัยใน สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กเรนโบว์แลนด์กรุงเทพระหว่างก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมประกอบอาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นเด็กปฐมวัยที่มีอายุระหว่าง 4-5 ปี จำนวน 13 คน ศึกษาชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 ในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กเรนโบว์แลนด์กรุงเทพ ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบ กลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย คู่มือการจัดกิจกรรมประกอบอาหาร และแบบสังเกต พฤติกรรมช่วยเหลือ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ และการทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า เด็กปฐมวัยในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กเรนโบว์แลนด์กรุงเทพที่ได้รับการ จัดกิจกรรมประกอบอาหารมีพฤติกรรมช่วยเหลือสูงกว่าก่อนการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทีระดับ .05

The objective of this study was to compare the helping behaviors of preschool children at Rainbowland Bangkok Child Development Centre before and after undertaking cooking activities.The sample comprised 13 preschool children, 4-5 years old, who were studying at the second kindergarten level in the second semester of the 2014 academic year at Rainbowland Bangkok Child Development Centre, obtained by cluster sampling. The research instruments used were a cooking activities handbook and a helping behaviors observation form. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage and chi-square test.The research findings showed that the post-experiment helping behaviors of preschool children at Rainbowland Bangkok Child Development Centre who undertook cooking activities were significantly higher, at the .05 level, than their preexperiment counterpart behaviors.
