Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ 2) สภาพการผลิตส้มเขียวหวาน 3) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตส้มเขียวหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสภาพการผลิตส้มเขียวหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตส้มเขียวหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศชาย อายุโดยเฉลี่ย 50.31 ปี และจบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกเฉลี่ย 19.59 ปี แรงงานในการผลิตส้มเขียวหวาน เฉลี่ย 2.45 คน มีพื้นที่ปลูกส้มเขียวหวานเฉลี่ย 16.06 ไร่/ครัวเรือน ต้นทุนใช้ในการผลิตเฉลี่ย 3,225.92 บาท/ไร่ 2) มีสภาพพื้นที่ปลูกเป็นหุบเขา ปลูกในรูปแบบสวนผสม โดยใช้น้ำฝน พบแมลงศัตรูหนอนซอนใบส้ม วิธีการกำจัดโรคและแมลงศัตรู ใช้สารเคมีในการกำจัดมีการจัดการหลังการเก็บเกี่ยวโดยการตัดแต่งกิ่งทรงพุ่ม 3) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตส้มเขียวหวานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมาก โดยมีคะแนนจากการทดสอบความรู้อยู่ในช่วง 16-21 คะแนน 4) ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุด ด้านความรู้เรื่องการใช้วัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตรอย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย ข้อเสนอแนะต้องการให้เจ้าหน้าที่อบรมให้ความรู้เรื่อง ตรวจสอบคุณภาพดินและน้ำ การผลิตสารชีวภัณฑ์ และการป้องกันกำจัดการศัตรูพืชอย่างถูกต้อง 5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมเกษตรกรต้องการการได้รับความรู้เรื่องโรคส้มจากการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมในการเข้ามาเยี่ยมเยียนมากที่สุด
The objectives of this research were to study 1) social and economic conditions, 2) tangerine production condition, 3) knowledge of tangerine production according to good agricultural practice standards, 4) problems and recommendations on tangerine production conditions according to good agricultural practice standards, 5) extension Guidelines of tangerine production according to good agricultural practice standards. The population consisted of 135 tangerine farmers in in Thung Chang District, Nan Province who registered with the Department of Agricultural Extension in the production year of 2020/2021. Structured interviews were used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, minimum, maximum, standard deviation and ranking. The results indicated the following: 1) Most of the farmers were male, with an average age of 50.31 years and graduated grade 4, average cultivation experience of 19.59 years, the average labor of tangerine production was 2.45 people, and the average tangerine planting area was 16.06 rai/household, no license of land, title documents, the average tangerine planting area was 6.87 rai and the average cost of production was 3,225.92 baht/rai. 2) There was a valley growing area, cultivated in a mixed garden form also using rainwater, insect pests found on orange leaf worms, get rid of diseases and pests, chemical disposal is handled after harvest by pruning the canopy. 3) Most farmers Knowledge of tangerine production in accordance with good agricultural practice standards of farmers at a high level, the scores from the knowledge test ranged from 16 to 21 points. 4) The most common problem Knowledge on the correct use of pesticides and safe, Recommendations require the training officers to provide knowledge on soil and water quality, biochemical production substances Preventing pests properly and preventing pests properly. 5) The extension guidelines for farmers would be educated on citrus diseases as much as possible from the visit by extension officials.
