Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานประเมินราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการหลักประกัน ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจของพนักงานประเมินราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการหลักประกัน ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด จำกัด (มหาชน) และ (3) ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานประเมินราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการหลักประกัน ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัดจำกัด (มหาชน) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ พนักงานประเมินราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการหลักประกัน ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) ใช้ประชากรทั้งหมดในการศึกษา จำนวน 58 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุอยู่ในช่วงระหว่างน้อยกว่า 30 ปี ลงมา จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี สถานภาพโสด อายุในการ
ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในช่วงระหว่าง 1-10 ปี และตำแหน่งพนักงานหลักประกันอสังหาริมทรัพย์เอก 10 และการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจของพนักงานประเมินราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการหลักประกัน ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด จำกัด (มหาชน) อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจ ด้านการจูงใจ ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานในระดับความสำคัญค่อนข้างมาก ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01.
The objectives of these researches were: (1) to determine working performance of real estate appraisers at the Collateral Operations Center, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited; (2) to determine motivational factors of real estate appraisers at the Collateral Operations Center, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited; and (3) to determine motivational factors affecting working performance of real estate appraisers at the Collateral Operations Center, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited. The population used in this study was real estate appraisers at the Collateral Operations Center, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, in a total of 58 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation. The research results indicated as follows: (1) the majority of the population was males aged below 30 years old, graduated with a Bachelor's degree, single, possesses work period between 1-10 years, and worked as real estate appraisers in level 10 with working performance at high level. (2) Motivational factors in the work environment and motivational factors in the satisfier factors were significant for performance efficiency at a high level. (3) Motivational factors in the satisfier factors were significant for performance efficiency at a quite high level of importance with a high number of positive correlation coefficient at a significance level of 0.01.
