Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพการใช้สารสนเทศของครูพิการทางการมองเห็น (2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้สารสนเทศของครูพิการทางการมองเห็น และ (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคการใช้สารสนเทศของครูพิการทางการมองเห็นการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นครูพิการทางการมองเห็นที่เป็นผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาของคนพิการทางการมองเห็นในประเทศไทย ที่จัดการสอนในระบบโรงเรียนและนอกระบบโรงเรียน จำนวน 13 แห่ง เป็นครูพิการทางการมองเห็นทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 23 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือการสัมภาษณ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูพิการทางการมองเห็นมีสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการสอนโดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ที่เป็นหนังสือเรียนหรือตำราเป็นหลักโดยอาศัยบุคคลอำนวยความสะดวกช่วยถ่ายโอนสารสนเทศให้ครูพิการทางการมองเห็นเข้าถึงได้ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้สารสนเทศของครูพิการทางการมองเห็นมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม เช่น ขอบเขตภาระหน้าที่ รองลงมาเป็นปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เช่น ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการได้รับการสนับสนุนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อการเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสาร และ 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคการใช้สารสนเทศของครูพิการทางการมองเห็น ได้แก่ ความไม่เพียงพอของสารสนเทศที่เป็ นอักษรเบรลล์ ผู้ให้บริการในองค์การสารสนเทศไม่รู้วิธีให้บริการครูพิการทางการมองเห็น และครูพิการทางการมองเห็นขาดทักษะความรู้ทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
The research aimed 1) to study information use by visually impaired teachers. 2) to study factors affecting information use by visually impaired teachers. and 3) to study problems and obstacles of information use by visually impaired teachers. This research was a qualitative study and the population consisted of 23 visually impaired teachers in visually impaired teachers schools in Thailand. The tool used in data collection was interview, the data analysis was content analysis. The research findings were summarized as follows : (1) Information use by visually impaired teachers mostly was to support teaching by using text-books with staff to facilitate information transfer to visually impaired teachers (2) Factors affecting information use by visually impaired teachers were environment factor in their burdens and personnel factor in information technology skills and facilities support for information access. (3) Problems and obstacles of information use were insufficient information resources, unqualified service staff, and inaduquate information technology skills of visually impaired teachers.
