สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 3 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้า
ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบอิงประสบการณ์ และ (3) ศึกษา

กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 50 คน ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1
ปี การศึกษา 2555 ที่โรงเรียนวัดอัมภาราม (เทิ่งอนุสรณ์) เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3
ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบ
อิงประสบการณ์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การออกแบบและเทคโนโลยี
จำนวน 3 หน่วย คือ หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 6 การสำรวจเทคโนโลยีภายในโรงเรียน หน่วยประสบการณ์ที่
7 การสำรวจสิ่งของเครื่องใช้ที่สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ซ้ำ และหน่วยประสบการณ์ที่ 8 การสร้างสิ่งของจาก

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบอิงประสบการณ์ที่ผลิตขึ้นทั้ง 3
หน่วยประสบการณ์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 79.61/79.76, 80.05/82.44 และ 80.49/80.12 ตามลำดับเป็นไปตาม
เกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบอิงประสบการณ์มีความก้าวหน้า
ทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดการเรียน

The purposes of this study were (1) to develop a set of e-learning packages for experience-based instruction in the Career and Technology Learning Area on Design and Technology for Prathom Suksa III students based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of the students learning from the elearning packages for experience-based instruction; and (3) to study opinions of the students toward the e-learning packages for experience-based instruction. The research sample consisted of 50 Prathom Suksa III students studying in the first semester of the 2012 academic year at Wat Ampharam (Toeng Anusorn) School in Buri Ram Primary Education Service Area 3, obtained by cluster sampling. The employed research instruments comprised (1) three unite of e-learning packages for experience-based instruction in the Career and Technology Learning Area on Design and Technology, namely, Experience Unit 6: Exploring Technology within School; Experience Unit 7: Exploring Instruments and Objects that Can Be Reused; and Experience Unit 8: Building Objects from Used CDs; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on the student’s opinions toward e-learning packages for experience-based instruction. Statistics used for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that (1) the three units of e-learning packages for experience-based instruction were efficient at 79.61/79.76, 80.05/82.44 and 80.49/80.12, respectively, thus meeting the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) students learning from the e-learning packages for experience-based instruction achieved significant learning progress at the .05 level; and (3) opinions of the students toward the e-learning packages for experience-based instruction were at the highly agreeable level.
