ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรศูนย์สารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะหลักในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรศูนย์สารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยแรงจูงใจของบุคลากรศูนย์สารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรศูนย์สารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยบุคลากรศูนย์สารสนเทศมหาวิทยาลัย สุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช โดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือบุคลากรศูนย์สารสนเทศมหาวิทยาลัย สุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ประกอบด้วยบุคลากรทั้งหมดจำนวน 36 คน โดยจะทำการศึกษาครอบคลุมบุคลากรทั้งหมดในประชากรนี้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับสมรรถนะหลักในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม การยึดมั่นในความถูกต้องชอบธรรมและจริยธรรมและการให้บริการที่ดี (2) ระดับปัจจัยแรงจูงใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเฉพาะด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงานและสภาพการทำงาน (3) ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจด้านความสำเร็จในงาน การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ลักษณะของงาน ความรับผิดชอบ และความมั่นคงในงาน ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ส่วนปัจจัยอื่นไม่มีผลต่อสมรรถนะหลักในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

This study aimed to (1) study the core competencies of personnel at the Information Center of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University; (2) study the motivational factors of personnel at the Information Center of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University; (3) study the factors affecting the core competencies of personnel the Information Center of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. This study was survey research. The population used in this study was all personnel working at the Information Center of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, a total of 36 people. The instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for the data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The results found that (1) The core competencies of personnel at the Information Center of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University were at the highest level overall, especially teamwork and Integrity. (2) The motivation factors of personnel at the Information Center of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University were high overall, especially the relationships with coworkers and working conditions. (3) Motivational factors of work achievement, recognition, job characteristics, responsibility, and job security significantly affected the core competencies of personnel, with a statistically significant level of 0.05. Other factors did not significantly affect the core competencies of the personnel
