Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักรในระบบการผลิตน้ำมันพืชก่อนและภายหลังการนำการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมมาใช้ ของโรงงานผลิตน้ำมันพืชในจังหวัดปทุมธานี (2) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภพโดยรวมของเครื่องจักรในระบบการผลิตน้ำมันพืชก่อนและกายหลังการนำการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมมาใช้ ของโรงงานผลิตน้ำมันพืชในจังหวัดปทุมธานี และ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักรในระบบการผลิตน้ำมันพืช ของโรงงานผลิตน้ำมันพืชในจังหวัดปทุมธานี การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตและซ่อมบำรุง จำนวน 2 คน และพนักงานฝ่ายการผลิตและซ่อมบำรุง จำนวน 205 คน โดยใช้เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และใบรายงานการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันของพนักงานฝ่ายการผลิตและซ่อมบำรุงก่อนใช้การบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม ตั้งแต่เดือน กุมภาพันธ์ - เมษายน และภายหลังใช้การบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมตั้งแต่เดือน พฤษภาคม -กรกฏาคม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สมการทางคณิตศาสตร์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการอุปนัขและการจำแนกชนิดข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ระบบการผลิตน้ำมันพืชก่อนการใช้การจัดการบำรุงรักษาเชิงทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม พบว่า ระบบมีการทำงานของระบบเป็นไปในรูปแบบอนุกรมและต่อเนื่อง และบางจุดไม่มีระบบสำรองทำให้มีค่าประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของเครื่องจักรมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 83.8% ซึ่งต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตภายหลังจากการนำการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคน มีส่วนร่วม ด้วยเสาหลักที่ 1 การปรับปรุงเฉพาะเรื่อง เสาหลักที่ 2 การบำรุงรักษาด้วยตัวเอง เสาหลักที่ 3 การบำรุงรักษาเชิงวางแผน และเสาหลักที่ 4 การศึกษาและฝึกอบรม พบว่า ประสิทธิภพ โดยรวมของเครื่องจักรระบบการผลิตน้ำมันพืชมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 87.72% (2) การเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของเครื่องจักร ในระบบการผลิตน้ำมันพืชก่อนและภายหลังการนำการบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมมาใช้ มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น โดยมีค่เพิ่มขึ้น 3.92% และการสูญเสียทรัพยากรและการเสียหรือขัดข้องของเครื่องจักรในระบบการผลิตน้ำมันพืชภายหลังใช้การบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม มีแนวโน้มเป็นไปในทางที่ลดลงและ (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร ในระบบการผลิตน้ำมันพืช ของโรงงานผลิตน้ำมันพืชในจังหวัดปทุมธานีที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) ควรส่งเสริมการนำกิจกรรม การบำรุงรักษาทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมมาประยุกต์ใช้ โดยผู้บริหารระดับสูงมาเป็นประธานของกิจกรรม เพื่อเป็นการกระตุ้น และสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมพนักงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและสัมฤทธิ์ผล 2) กรณีเป็นโรงงานที่มีขนาดใหญ่ควรใช้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เข้าช่วยเพื่อให้การเก็บข้อมูลและแปรผลดำเนินการไปได้อย่างรวดเร็ว 3) ควรมีการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของเครื่องจักรให้กับพนักงานทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อเป็นแรงจูงใจและเป็นการปรับปรุงในระดับสูงต่อไป
This study aims to (1) study machine efficiency in vegetable oil production system before and after adoption of Total Productive Maintenance of a vegetable oil production factory in Pathum Thani Province; (2) compare total machine efficiency in vegetable oil production system before and after adoption of Total Productive Maintenance of a vegetable oil production factory in Pathum Thani Province; and (3) recommend guidelines for developing machine efficiency in vegetable oil production system of a vegetable oil production factory in Pathum Thani Province. This study was a mixed methods research of quantitative and qualitative research. The population was two production and maintenance department managers, and 205 staffs of Production and Maintenance Department, and all of them were used as samples. The instruments used in research were an interview, and daily operating report of the staffs of Production and Maintenance Department before adoption of Total Productive Maintenance from February to April, and after adoption of Total Productive Maintenance from May to July. The mathematical equation was used in quantitative data analysis, and the Analytic Induction and Typological Analysis were systematically used in qualitative data analysis. The research finding revealed that (1) the vegetable oil production system before adoption of the management of Total Productive Maintenance has been operated in the series and continual form. No backup system has been available in some points, resulting in the average of total efficiency of machines at 83.8% which was below the standard criteria of the manufacturing industry. After adoption of Total Productive Maintenance with Pillar 1 – Focused Improvement, Pillar 2 – Autonomous Maintenance, Pillar 3 – Planned Maintenance, and Pillar 4 – Education and Training, the average of total efficiency of machines in the vegetable oil production system was at 87.72%. (2) For comparison on total efficiency of machines in the vegetable oil production system before and after adoption of Total Productive Maintenance, the said total efficiency was increased in an increasing value of 3.92%; and the loss of resources and breakdown or failure of machines in the vegetable oil production system after adoption of Total Productive Maintenance was on a decreasing way. (3) The crucial guidelines for developing machine efficiency in the vegetable oil production system of the vegetable oil factory in Pathum Thani Province, has been the following: 1) the application of Total Productive Maintenance should be promoted and the top executives shall preside over the activities to continuously and successfully stimulate and support the staff activity implementation, 2) for a large-sized factory, a computer system should be used as an aid for rapid data storage and processing, 3) development and improvement of total machine efficiency should be regularly communicated to all production-related staffs for a high level of the motivation and continuous improvement.
