Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสาระของการสื่อสารทางการเมืองในเชิงวาทกรรมทางการเมืองผ่านหนังสือพิมพ์มติชนสุดสัปดาห์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรัฐประหาร วันที่ 19 กันยายนพ.ศ. 2549 ในช่วง พ.ศ.2548 - 2549
การศึกษาวิจัยนื้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร คือ หนังสือพิมพ์มติชนสุดสัปดาห์ จำนวน 88 ฉบับ และการสัมภาษณ์นักวิชาการด้านรัฐศาสตร์ และด้านการสื่อสารทางการเมือง จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบเก็บข้อมูลเอกสาร และแบบสัมภาษณ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การสี่อสารทางการเมืองในบริบทของการรัฐประหาร 19 กันยายน 2549 ในเชิงวาทกรรมทางการเมือง มีเนื้อหาสาระในบริบทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรัฐประหาร วันที่ 19 กันยายน 2549 คือ 1. การแข่งขันทางการเมืองระหว่าง 2. ขั้วพรรคการเมือง คือพรรคไทยรักไทย กับพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ และการแข่งขันทางการเมืองภายในพรรค ของพรรคไทยรักไทย พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ และพรรคชาติไทย 2. การต่อรองทางการเมือง ในตำแหน่งทางการเมือง โดยใช่'วิธีการการลาออกของรัฐมนตริ และ ส.ส. ในพรรคไทยรักไทย 3. การต่อด้านรัฐบาล พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร ของกลุ่มชนชั้นนำทางการเมือง นักวิชาการปัญญาชน สี่อมวลชนและภาคประชาชน 4. การแต่งตั้งโยกย้าย ตำแหน่งนายทหารระดับสูง 3. เหล่าทัพ และตำแหน่งผู้ว่าการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน 5. ประเด็นอื่นที่นำไปสู่การรัฐประหาร 19 กันยายน 2549 คือ ความไม่โปร่งใสของคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ และคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง การลาออกของนายวิษชุ เครืองามรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและนายบวรสักดิ์ อุวรรณโณ เลขาธิการคณะรัฐมนตรีประเด็นผู้มีบารมีนอกรัฐธรรมนญ และข่าวลือเรื่องการเตรียมการรัฐประหาร
The objective of this research was to analyze the content of the political discourse in “Matichon Sudsapdah” newspaper in 2005-2006 in relation to the coup d’etat of 19 September 2006. This was a qualitative research based on a sample population of 88 issues of Matichon Sudsapdah newspaper and interviews with 3 experts on political science and political communication. Data were collected using a documentary data collection form and an interview form and were analyzed using descriptive content analysis. The content of the political discourse studied that relates to the context of the 19 September 2006 coup consisted of the following: (1) political competition between the Thai Rak Thai Party side and the Democrat Party side, and internal political competition within the Thai Rak Thai Party, the Democrat Party and the Chart Thai Party; (2) negotiations in political positions in the form of resignations from ministerial posts and member of parliament posts by Thai Rak Thai politicians; (3) opposition to the Thaksin Shinawatra government by leading political groups, academics, intellectuals, journalists and citizens; (4) transfers and promotions in the 3 branches of the military and the position of auditor general; (5) other issues that led to the 19 September 2006 coup, such as a lack of transparency on the part of the Counter Corruption Commission and the Electoral Committee, the resignations of Vishnu Kreua-ngam from the position of deputy prime minister and Bawomsak Uwanno from the position of Cabinet secretary, the issue of persons with powers that are above the constitution, and rumors of a planned coup attempt
