Abstract
การศึกษากันคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้บริการ แผนกผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลปากพลี จังหวัด นครนายก 2) เปรียบเทียบภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้บริการจำแนกตามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และ 3) ศึกษาภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่พึงประสงค์ ลำดับแรกตามการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้บริการกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ที่มาใช้บริการรักษาที่แผนกผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลปากพถึ จังหวัดนครนายก จำนวน 153 คน ได้จากการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือที่ ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามภาพลักษณ์พชาบาลวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้บริการ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ศึกษาได้ผ่านการหาความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยง ด้วยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณา และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ค่าเถลี่ยของภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้บริการโดยภาพรามและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้บริการเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านลักษณะวิชาชีพ ด้านความเป็นมืออาชีพ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และค้านการสื่อสาร 2) ผู้ใช้บริการที่มีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแดกต่างกัน รับรู้ภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ทั้ง 6 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และ 3) ภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่พึงประสงค์ 5 ลำดับแรกได้แก่ (1) ผู้ดูแลที่ดีที่สุดของผู้ป่วย (2) ผู้มีการสื่อสารที่ดีพูดจาไพเราะ (3) ผู้เสียสละ (4) ผู้ที่มีความเห็นอกเห็นใจผู้อื่น และ (5) ผู้ที่มีความอดทน
This independent study was a descriptive research which the purposes were:- 1) to study images of professional nurses as perceived by clients of In-patient departments at Pakphi Hospital, Nakhonnayok province, 2 ) to compare images professional nurses as perceived by clients according to demographic data, and 3) to find five top images of professional nurses as perceived by clients. The sample consisted of 153 clients who were hospitalized at In-patient departments in Pakphi Hospital, Nakhonnayok province. They were chosen by the systematic sampling technique. The study tool consisted of three parts: 1) demographic data, 2) images of professional nurses, and 3) five top their mages. The tools were verified by three experts. The reliability of the second part which was done by Cronbach’s·alpha coefficient was 0.98. The research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and one way analysis of variance The results were as follows. 1) The clients revealed images of professional nurses at the good level. The image dimensions were rated as academic, profession, career, moral and ethics, and communication respectively. 2) The clients with diverse personal background did not view nurses’ images significantly difference. 3) Five top images of professional nurses were:- 1) the best care givers of clients, 2) a good communicator with polite speaking, 3) a devotee, 4) a person who had sympathy, and 5) a person who was patient.
