Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนนทบุรี (2) ศึกษาระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดต่อการซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้บริโภคในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนนทบุรี (3) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้บริโภคในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนนทบุรีและ (4) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของพฤติกรรมการซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ ผู้ใช้งานอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ในชีวิตประจำวันในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนนทบุรี เนื่องจากไม่ทราบจำนวนที่แน่นอนจึงกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ความคาดเคลื่อนที่ 0.05 ได้จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 400 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี การศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทหรือองค์กรเอกชน มีรายได้ 10,001 – 20,000 บาทต่อเดือน และมีสถานภาพ เป็นผู้ซื้อและผู้ใช้ (2) ระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีต่อการซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้บริโภคโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านกระบวนการมีใบรับประกันสินค้า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน ด้านราคามีการรับประกันคืนเงินเมื่อสินค้ามีปัญหา และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาดมีบริการหลังการขาย (3) พฤติกรรมการซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้บริโภคพบว่านิยมซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ยี่ห้อแอปเปิ้ล ประเภทโน้ตบุค ใช้เพื่อความบันเทิง/เล่นเกมส์ ได้รับ ข้อมูลจากสื่อโฆษณาต่างๆ โดยได้รับคำแนะนำ จากผู้ใกล้ชิด ตัดสินใจซื้อจากศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ทั่วไปด้วยตนเอง ในราคา 15,000-20,000 บาท โดยชำระเงินงวดเดียวด้วยเงินสด และ (4) พบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ อาชีพ สถานภาพการใช้งาน รายได้ ระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์แตกต่างกันในด้านประเภทคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ซื้อ และราคาที่ซื้อ
The objectives of this independent study were to study: (1) the individual factors of consumers burying a computer in Muang district, Nonthaburi province; (2) the degree of importance of the marketing mix towards computer buying decision in Muang district, Nonthaburi province; (3) buying computer behavior of the consumer in Muang district, Nonthaburi province; and (4) to compare the differences in the buying consumer behavior of consumer in Muang district, Nonthaburi province by personal factors. This study was survey research. The population is the people who buy computer in Muang district, Nonthaburi province. The sample size used to estimate total of 400 peoples have moved 0.05 with convenience sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, percentage, mean and Standard Deviation. The inferential statistics, including t-test, and F-test. The results showed that: (1) most consumers are female, aged between 21-30 years of undergraduate study. Employees or private companies earn 10,001-20,000 baht per month; (2) the importance of the marketing mix to buy computer, consumer was at a high level. Considering that the implementation process is a guarantee. The highest level, followed by a performance of the product, prices are guaranteed, a refund on the item and after-sales service; (3) the purchasing behavior of consumers found that consumer buy the Apple brand computers, type of notebook, to used for entertainment/gaming, obtain information from various media, buy from a computer manually at 15,000-20,000 baht with payment by cash only; and (4) personal factors such as sex, age, occupation, marital status, income, level of education that different affect the buying behavior of different types of computers, computer purchase; and the purchase price.
