Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินระบบสารสนเทศบนเครือข่ายอินทราเน็ตของธนาคารออมสิน และ (2) นําผลการประเมินมาใช้ประกอบในการปรับปรุงระบบสารสนเทศบนเครือข่ายอินทราเน็ต โดยการสร้างต้นแบบ (prototype) กลุ่มตัวอยางคือ พนักงานธนาคารออมสินทุกระดับที่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ สํานักงานใหญ่กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 327 คน จากประชากรจํานวน 2,170 คน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พนักงานส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมเกี่ยวกับระบบสารสนเทศบนเครือข่ายอินทราเน็ต ทั้งด้านการใช้งาน ด้านเนื้อหาด้านรูปแบบการนําเสนอ และโฮมเพจโดยภาพรวมในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งสามารถนําผลการวิจัยมาสร้างต้นแบบโดยมีลักษณะสําคัญ ๆ ที่แตกต่างไปจากระบบเดิม อาทิ การจัดหมวดหมู่รายการเมนูหลักและหัวข้อย่อยใหม่ การเพิ่มเครื่องมือช่วยค้นหาข้อมูลการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างทุกเว็บเพจกับโฮมเพจและการปรับระบบกระดานถาม - ตอบ ให้สามารถใช้งานได้ง่ายขึ้น
The purposes of this study were to (1) evaluate Government Savings Bank’s Intranet - based Information System, and (2) apply the research findings to improve the system by developing a prototype. The samples were 327 (out of 2,170 ) employees of GSB Headquarters. The tools of this study were survey questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.The research finding were that most employees views on the system, regarding use, content, presentation and homepage, are all at the normal level. These findings were used to develop a prototype of the new system which differed from the exiting one in such areas as classification of the main menu and submenus, adding a search engine, linking all pages with homepages, and making the webboard easies to use.
