ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายการผลิตบริษัท เอสที อุตสาหกรรม จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท เอสที อุตสาหกรรม จํากัด (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงาน กับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท เอสที อุสาหกรรมจํากัด และ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพของการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายการผลิต บริษัท เอสที อุตสาหกรรม จํากดั การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ ประชากร คือ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท เอสที อุตสาหกรรม จํากัด จํานวน 1,050 คน ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างคํานวณโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ได้ จํานวน 290 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ จํานวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท เอสที อุตสาหกรรม จํากัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบ อยูในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านกระบวนการในการทํางาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ในองค์การ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทํางาน และด้านโอกาสและความกาวหน้าในการทํางานตามลําดับ (2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท เอสที อุสาหกรรม จํากัดอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ตําแหน่งงาน รายได้ ระดับการศึกษา อายุการทํางาน และลักษณะงาน และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริ มสร้าง ประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต บริษัท เอสที อุตสาหกรรม จํากัด คือบริษัทควรมีความยุติธรรมในการพิจารณาการทํางานของพนักงาน และให้พนักงานมีความรู้ความ เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ เพื่อให้พนักงานปฏิบัติงานโดยวิธีที่ปลอดภัยที่สุด

The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the Factors related to the Effectiveness of the ST Industrial Co., Ltd. manufacturing staffs’ operation; (2) to study the factors effecting the operation and performance of ST Industrial Co., Ltd. manufacturing staff; and (3) to suggest the solutions which can improve the quality and performance of ST Industrial Co., Ltd. manufacturing staffs’ operation. The population is 1,050 staffs from ST Industrial Co., Ltd. After applied Taro Yamane, the sample size obtained is 290. A questionnaire was a tool used to collect the data which were analyzed by descriptive statistics: percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Chi Square. The result of this research were mentioned as follow: (1) in term of the performances of ST Industrial Co., Ltd. manufacturing staffs’operation was mostly at high level, followed by the responsible job, the operating process and the relationship in the organization. On the other hand, in term of the working environments and the opportunities and the success of work were at medium level. (2) The factors that effected the ST Industrial Co., Ltd. Manufacturing staffs’ performance operation was mostly at high level, followed by the work quality, the cost effective/economical, the achievement/success of objective, the satisfaction and the work quantity, respectively. (3) The solutions which improve the performance and quality of ST Industrial Co., Ltd. manufacturing staffs’ operation are the company should be fair when considering on the employee work, and officers employees a better understanding of accident prevention to make sure that employees work in the safest way as possible.
