Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกที่มีผลต่อการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ 2) ศึกษาระดับ ปัจจัยด้านผู้สมัครที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยด้านผู้สมัครในการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์การเกษตรนาหม่อม จำกัด
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้แทนสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรนาหม่อม จำกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 141 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ค่าสถิติได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี ค่าร้อยละ ส่วเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 51-60 ปี สถานภาพทางครอบครัวสมรสแล้ว วุฒิการศึกษาระดับต่ำกว่า ปริญญาตรี สมาชิกที่มีรายได้ระหว่าง 20,001 - 25,000 บาท ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกอยู่ระหว่าง 11-20 ปี 2) ปัจจัยดา้นผู้สมัครที่มีผลต่อการตัด สินใจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ พบว่า สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่พิจารณาจากนโยบายของผู้สมัคร รองลงมา คือ คุณสมบติผู้สมัคร น้อยที่สุด คือรูปแบบการหาเสียง เจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ไม่สามารถชี้นำการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการได้ เพราะสมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เชื่อตนเอง ช่วงระยะเวลาในการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการก่อนวันเลือกตั้ง 1 - 6 วัน และไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงการตัดสินใจ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า เพศ อายุ รายได ้ และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก มีความสัมพันธ์กับ การตัดสินใจเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ ส่วนสถานภาพ และระดับการศึกษา ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการ อย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัจจัยด้านคุณสมบัติ นโยบาย และรูปแบบการหาเสียงของผู้สมคัรมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการอย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
This study objectives were 1) to study of the personal factors of cooperatives member that affected the election of the board of director. 2) to study of applicant levels that affect the decisions of cooperatives member in board of director. 3)to study for the relationship of the applicant factors effected the decisions of cooperatives member in the election of the board of director of Na Mom Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. The population were 141 members of Na Mom Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. Who were election form all member. Tool used in the study were questionnaire and data analysis by using the statistics included frequency distribution, percentage, standard deviation and the Chi-squared. The study results were as follows : 1) Most members are female has age between 51-60 years , marital status was married and education less than bachelor's degree , members income between 20,001 to 25,000 baht had a period of membership between 11-20 years. 2) Factors of applicant had Influence on decision making for an election of the board of director that the most members consider from policy next to the property and campaign. Staff of Cooperative cannot guide to decisions in an election of the board of director because them believed our self and do not change for decision and had a during period in the election before 1 to 6 days 3) The relationship of the applicant factors effected the decisions of cooperatives member in the election of the board of director. Found that gender, age, income, and period of membership were relation for affect to decisions in an election of the board of director but the status and education no relation for affect to decisions in an election of the board of director score at 0.05 level. When studying relationships for applicant factors of the property, policy and campaign has relationship to the decision for an election of the board of director score at 0.05 level.
