Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ 1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินการของกองทุนหมู่บ้านจังหวัดอ่างทอง 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นดังกล่าวตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อนำข้อเสนอที่จะทำให้การดำเนินการของกองทุนหมู่บ้านที่ดีขึ้นประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 372 คน ใน 7 อำเภอ ของจังหวัดอ่างทอง ได้แก่ อำเภอเมืองอ่างทอง อำเภอไชโย อำเภอป่าโมก อำเภอโพธิ์ทอง อำเภอแสวงหา อำเภอวิเศษชัยชาญ อำเภอสามโก้ โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายและใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติหาค่า ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ามาตรฐาน ความคลาดเคลื่อน ค่าเอฟ และ ค่าที ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นถึง ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จของกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาจากลักษณะทางเพศแต่เมื่อพิจารณาจากอายุ สถานการณ์สมรสและอาชีพ ไม่มีความแตกต่างทางระดับนัยสำคัญ สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของกองทุนหมู่บ้าน คือ ความร่วมมือ การจัดการ และการติดตามผล ซึ่งโดยส่วนมากพบในตัวอย่างการรับรู้ทั้ง 3 ในปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลที่ระดับปานกลาง เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จกับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จะพบว่าทั้งหมดมีความ

The purposes of this study were to 1 study the level of people’s opinion on factors influencing the success of village fund operation in Ang Thong province 2) compare the opinion according to personal factors and 3) recommend the suggestions to improver the operation of the village fund. Population consisted of 372 Village fund Committees in 7 districts of Ang Thong Province, Mueng Ang Thong, Chaiyo, Pa Mok, Pho Thong, Sawaengha, Wisct Chai Chan and Samko. Quota and simple random sampling were cmployed.Questionnaire was used to collect data. Statistics used frequency, mean, standard deviation, f test and t test. The research result revealed that, levels of opinion on success factors of Village Fund operation were different at .05 level of significance when considered from gender aspect, but when considered from age, marital status, and occupation aspects, there were on significant differences, as for factors influencing the success of Village Fund operation which were participation, management and follow up, it was found that most samples perceived all three as influencing factors at moderate level. When analyzed the relations of the influencing factors and the success of Village Fund operation, it was found that they were related with .05 level of significance which meant that if members participated, the operation was well managed, and continuous follow up was carried on, the success of Village Fund operation would be high.
