Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของการใช้สารสนเทศทางการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน 8 แห่ง ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 193 คน ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ 1) แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก 2) แผนก อุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน ห้องคลอดห้องผ่าตัด 3) แผนกผู้ป่วยใน และ4 แผนกอื่น ๆ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามการใช้สารสนเทศทางการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ของ วลีทิพย์ สุดแสวง (2558 ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปเป็นแบบเลือกตอบและเติมคำ จำนวน 18 ข้อ และส่วนที่ 2 การใช้สารสนเทศของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ แบ่งเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1 ด้นการดูแลผู้ป่วย จำนวน 10 ข้อ 2 ด้านบริหารจัดการพยาบาล จำนวน 6 ข้อ และ3)ด้านการสื่อสาร จำนวน 5 ข้อ รวม 21 ข้อ เป็นแบบเลือกตอบ 4 ระดับจาก 4 ใช้สารสนเทศนั้นทุกวัน ถึง 1 ไม่เคยใช้สารสนเทศเลย มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.8 ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ทดลองใช้กับพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีคุณลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน ได้ค่าความที่ยงในส่วนที่ 2 เท่ากับ 0.90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบของครัสคาลและวัลลิส ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพในแต่ละแผนกมีการใช้สารสนเทศโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0. 05 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก มีการใช้สารสนเทศในด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยแตกต่างจากหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
This independent study aimed to compare the difference of using nursing information among professional nurses at different nursing departments in Community Hospitals, Surin Provinces. The sample consisted of 193 professional nurses from eight Community Hospitals in Surin province who worked in 1) the Outpatient Department, 2) the Emergency Department, the Labor Room, 3 ) the Inpatient department, and 4) other departments. Questionnaires were used as the research tool, developed by Waleetip Sudsawaeng (2016), consisted of 2 parts. The first was personal information (14 items). The second was 4- points Likert scale focused on using information of professional nurses, and this sections were divided into 3 sub-sections: patient care (10 items), nursing management (6 items), and communication (5 items). Content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.7. Pilot study was done with 30 professional nurses. The reliability of the second part was 0.90. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Kruskall Walis test. The results of the study showed that there was no statistically significant difference among overall information used by professional nurses in difference nursing department (p > 0.05), but those professional nurses in the outpatient department rated information used statistically significant difference from the other nursing departments (p < 0.05).
