Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา
ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 ปี การศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 86 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเคร็จซี่และมอร์แกน โดยกำหนดสัดส่วนแต่ละอำเภอ สำหรับสถานศึกษาใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติในระดับมากทุกด้านเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ด้านการ
บริหารอาคารสถานที่ และด้านการบริหารวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศของผู้บริหารพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานของผู้บริหาร พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this study were to (1) study the management of educational resources of schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 and (2) compare the management of educational resources of schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 as classified by the school administrators’ gender and management experience. This study collected data from 86 school administrators, derived from Krejcie and Morgan’s table and selected by simple random sampling. The rating scale questionnaire was used as the research tool. The gathered data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. This study has found that: (1) the level of management of educational resources of schools under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 is at the high level in all aspect. (2) There was no significant statistical difference in the nature of the management between school administrators’ gender. However, the data revealed that it was difference at statistical significant level of 0.05 in the nature of the management between school administrators’ management experience.
