Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดภูเก็ตเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของนักบัญชีที่พึงประสงค์ และ (2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดภูเก็ตที่มีทุนจดทะเบียนแตกต่างกันต่อคุณสมบัติของนักบัญชีที่พึงประสงค์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ผู้ประกอบการนิติบุคคลซึ่งจดทะเบียนกับสำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าจังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 17,892 ราย กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 391 ราย ตามสูตรทาโร่ยามาเน่ โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเอฟ ทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นคุณสมบัติของนักบัญชีที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดกูเก็ต โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านแรกคือด้าน ทักษะทางวิชาการเชิงปฏิบัติและหน้าที่งาน รองลงมาคือด้านทักษะทางปัญญาและด้านทักษะทางคุณลักษณะเฉพาะบุคคล ด้านทักษะการบริหารองค์กร และการจัดการธุรกิจและด้านทักษะการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และการสื่อสาร (2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดภูเก็ตที่มีทุนจดทะเบียนแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณสมบัติของนักบัญชีที่พึงประสงค์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this study were: (1) to study opinion level of the entrepreneurs in Phuket Province, toward desired qualification of accountant, and (2) to study the opinions of the entrepreneurs in Phuket Province with different authorized capital toward desired qualification of accountant. This study was a survey research and populations used in the study were 17,892 juristic person entrepreneurs that were registered with Phuket Provincial Business Development Office. Total of 391 samples was defined based on Taro Yamane Formula using Convenience Sampling Method. The instruments used in data collection was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include descriptive statistics which include frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics which include t-test , F-test and Pearson's Simple Correlation Coefficient. The research results indicated that (1) the opinion level of the desired qualification of accountant of the entrepreneurs in Phuket Province in overview was in at highest level and upon consideration on individual aspect, all of five aspects were at highest level in sequence as follows: the first aspect was technical skill in term of operation and function, the second was intellectual skill, personal characteristic skill, organizational management and business management skill, and interpersonal interaction and communication skill; (2) the opinions of the entrepreneurs in Phuket Province with different authorized capital toward desired qualification of accountant were difference at statistical significance level of 0.05.
