Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนของเทศบาลตำบลขุนทะเล อำเภอเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนของเทศบาลตำบลขุนทะเล อำเภอเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี (3) แนวทางเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนของเทศบาลตำบลขุนทะเล อำเภอเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจซึ่งศึกษาประชากรทั้งหมด ได้แก่ อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนของเทศบาลตำบลขุนทะเล 160 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) อาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือนของเทศบาลตำบลขุนทะเลมีแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครป้องกันภัยฝ่ายพลเรือน ได้แก่ การยอมรับนับถือ ความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงาน ความรับผิดชอบรวมทั้งการบังคับบัญชาและการนิเทศงาน (3) แนวทางเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานคือ ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมการสร้างความสุขในการทำงาน โดยผ่านทางการสอนแนะวิธีการทำงานให้ลุล่วง การบริหารที่มีหลักเกณฑ์แบบแผน การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดี จัดอุปกรณ์ทำงานอย่างพอเพียง และให้การยอมรับรวมทั้งมีความเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของอาสาสมัคร
The aim of this research were to study 1) operational motivation level of Civil Protection Volunteers of Khuntalae Sub-district Municipality, Muang Suratthani District, Suratthani Province 2) factors affecting operational motivation of Civil Protection Volunteers of Khuntalae Sub-district Municipality, Muang Suratthani District, Suratthani Province 3) appropriate ways to enhance Civil Protection Volunteers of Khuntalae Sub-district Municipaity, Muang Suratthani District, Suratthani Province. This was a survey research studying whole population consisted of 160 Civil Protection Volunteers of Khuntalae Sub-district Municipality. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. Research results revealed that 1) operational motivation of Civil Protection Volunteers of Khuntalae Sub-district Municipality, Muang Suratthani District, Suratthani Province was at high level 2) factors motivating operational motivation were recognition, achievement, responsibility, together with supervision and illustration 3) to enhance operational motivation, the management should foster the feelings of happiness in work through work supervision, managing according to appropriate principle, arranging pleasant environment, provisioning of sufficient work equipment, and showing recognition and confidence in abilities of volunteers.
