Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกในการตัดสินใจซื้อนํ้าดื่ม บรรจุขวดของสหกรณ์ 2) การตัดสินใจซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของสมาชิก 3) ระดับความสําคัญของปัจจัยส่วน ประสมการตลาดในการตัดสินใจซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของสหกรณ์ 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของ สมาชิกกับการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของสหกรณ์ 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของ สมาชิกกับปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดในการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของสหกรณ์ และ 6) ปัญหาและ ข้อเสนอแนะในการตัดสินใจซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองปราจีนบุรี จํากัด ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองปราจีนบุรี จํากัด ณ วันที่ 30 เมษายน 2559 จํานวน 1,003 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างจากสูตรของ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 จํานวน 286 คน และ สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกในการตัดสินใจซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของ สหกรณ์สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เพศชาย อายุ 51 ปี ขึ้นไป การศึกษาตํ่ากว่ามัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย อาชีพเกษตรกร สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ของครอบครัวเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001-30,000 บาท จํานวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว 4-5 คน ระยะเวลาเป็นสมาชิก 16-20 ปี 2) การตัดสินใจซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของสมาชิก ส่วนใหญ่ตัดสินซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุ ขวดขนาด 600 มิลลิลิตร ความถี่ในการซื้อ สัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง ตัดสินใจซื้อด้วยตนเอง เหตุผลในการซื้อคือ สะอาด หรือคุณภาพดี 3) ระดับความสําคัญของปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาดในการตัดสินใจซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของ สหกรณ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยปัจจัยด้านช่องทางการจําหน่าย ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา มี ความสําคัญ ในระดับ มากที่สุด ส่วนปัจจัยด้าน การส่งเสริมการตลาด มีความสําคัญ ใน ระดับ มาก 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกกับการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของสหกรณ์พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลทุกปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับ ขนาดที่ซื้อในแต่ละครั้ง และความถี่ในการซื้อ แต่มีความสัมพันธ์ เพียงบางปัจจัยกับเหตุผลในการซื้อ และบุคคลที่มีส่วนในการตัดสินใจซื้ออย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 5) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาด คือ เพศ มีความสัมพันธ์กับ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และการส่งเสริมการตลาด ระดับการศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์กับช่องทางการจัดจําหน่าย และรายได้ของ ครอบครัวเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนมีความสัมพันธ์กับการส่งเสริมการตลาดอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 6) ปัญหา ในการซื้อนํ้าดื่มบรรจุขวดของสหกรณ์ คือหาซื้อยากต้องไปซื้อที่สหกรณ์ การส่งนํ้าดื่มไม่แน่นอน ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรเพิ่มช่องทางการจําหน่ายในชุมชน และวางแผนเวลาในการจัดส่งให้เหมาะสม
This research aimed to study 1) personal factors regarding the purchase decision of drinking water, 2) decision in purchasing bottled drinking water, 3) the significant level of the marketing mix factors in purchasing bottled drinking water, 4) the relationship between personal factors and the purchase decision, 5) the relationship between personal factors and the marketing mix in the purchase decision, and 6) problems and suggestions in purchasing decision bottled drinking water of Mueang Prachin Buri Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. members. The study population was 1,003 members of Mueang Prachin Buri as of April 30th 2016. The sample size was 286 members, which calculated from Taro Yamane formula at 5 % of error level. The samples were selected via simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed statically by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, and content analysis. The results showed that 1) for personal factors in purchasing decision of bottled drinking water, the majority of the members were male and over 51 years old. Their educational levels were lower than senior high school. Most members were farmers and married with average family income of 10,001-30,000 baht per month. The family consisted of 4-5 members. They had cooperative membership for 16-20 years. 2) Most member decided to purchase 600 ml. bottled drinking water once per week, and they made the decisions by themselves. The reason for purchasing the product was the cleanliness or the good quality of the drinking water. 3) For the significant level of marketing mix that affected the purchasing decision, overall factors were in highest level. The factors which were marketing channel, product and price, were in highest level, while the marketing promotion was in high level of ranking. 4) The relationship between the personal factors and the purchasing decision was statically significant at 0.05. It was found that all personal factors showed relationship with the size of the bottle and purchasing frequency. However, some factors were related to the purchasing reason and the person who involved with the decision making. 5) Moreover, there was a relationship between personal factors and marketing mix: gender showed a relationship with product and marketing promotion; educational level related with marketing channel; and family income related with marketing promotion. 6) Problems in purchasing bottled drinking water were that the water could only be purchased at the Cooperatives and the delivering time was inconsistent. The suggestions were to increase the distribution channel in the community and to plan a proper delivering time.
