การรับรู้และความคาดหวังของประชาชนในจังหวัดสระบุรีที่มีผลบทบาทขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรีในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การรับรู้ของประชาชนในจังหวัดสระบุรีที่มีต่อบทบาทขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรีในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น (2) ความคาดหวังของประชาชนในจังหวัดสระบุรีที่มีต่อบทบาทขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรีในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น (3) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้และความคาดหวังของประชาชนในจังหวัดสระบุรีทีมีต่อบทบาทขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรีในการพัฒนาห้องถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่ารัอยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แบบทดสอบค่าทีแบบทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การรับรู้ของประชาชนในจังหวัดสระบุรีที่มีต่อบทบาทขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรีในการพัฒนาห้องถิ่น โดยภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ความคาดหวังของประชาชนในจังหวัดสระบุรีที่มีต่อบทบาทขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรีในการพัฒนาห้องถิ่นโดยภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้และความคาดหวังของประชาชนในจังหวัดสระบุรีในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น โดยใช้ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่าข้อมูลด้าน เพศ รายได้ และสถานภาพสมรส แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และข้อมูลด้าน อายุ และระดับการศึกษา มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

The purposes of this research were :(l)to study the perception of the people toward Saraburi provincial administration organization concerning on the local development; (2) to study the expectation of the people toward Saraburi provincial administration organization concerning on the local development and (3) to compare the differences between perception and expectation of the people in Saraburi provincial administration organization concerning on the local development. The research sample consisted of 400 people with the age of 18 years or more who were residing in the areas under jurisdiction of Saraburi province. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and One - way ANOVA. Research findings were as follows: (1) Perception of the people in Saraburi provincial toward local development was at moderate level. (2) Expectation of the people in Saraburi provincial toward local development was at high level. (3) Comparing differences between a perception and expectation of the people in Saraburi province in local development found that sex, income, and status had no significant relationships However, age and educational level had significant relationships.
