Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 5 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศีกษาภาคกลาง 5 จําแนกตามประเภทของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 35 คน หัวหน้าสาขาวิชา จํานวน 54 คน และหัวหน้างาน จํานวน 108 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 197 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 5 มีค่าความเรียงเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที่ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 5 อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านหลักความรับผิดชอบมีการใช้ในระดับมาก เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือ หลักคุณธรรม หลักความคุ้มค่า หลักนิติธรรม หลักความโปร่งใส และหลักการมีส่วนร่วม ตามลำดับ และ (2) ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารสถานศึกษาจําแนกตามประเภทของสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า หลักคุณธรรม ความโปร่งใส และหลักความรับผิดชอบแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the condition of administration based on good governance principles of educational institutions under Institute of Vocational Education, Central Region 5; and (2) to compare conditions of administration based on good governance principles of educational institutions under Institute of Vocational Education, Central Region 5 as classified by type of educational institution. The research sample totaling 197 educational institution personnel consisted of 35 educational institution administrators, 54 department heads, and 108 work section heads, all of whom were obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research tool was a questionnaire on administration based on good governance principles of educational institutions under Institute of Vocational Education, Central Region 5, with reliability coefficient of .97. The employed statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research results revealed that (1) the use of good governance principles for administration of educational institutions under Institute of Vocational Education, Central Region 5 was at the high level in every aspect; when specific aspects of good governance were considered, it was found that the responsibility principle was used most, to be followed by the ethical principle, the cost-effectiveness principle, the legal principle, the transparency principle, and the participation principle, respectively; and (2) the comparison results of the uses of good governance principles for administration of educational institutions under Institute of Vocational Education, Central Region 5 as classified by type of educational institution showed no significant difference in the overall uses; however, when the uses of specific principles were compared, significant difference at the .05 level of statistical significance were found in the uses of the ethical principle, transparency principle, and responsibility principle
