Abstract
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การดําเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดูแล
นักเรียนประจําในโรงเรียศึกษาสงเคราะห์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (2) ความพึงพอใจในการดําเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดูแลนักเรียนประจําของบุคลากรโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียเหนือ และ (3) สภาพการดําเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดูแลนักเรียนประจําที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นบุคลากรโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดสํานักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ จํานวน 10 โรงเรียน จํานวน 254 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบเป็นขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อการดําเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดูแลนักเรียนประจํา โดยรวมและรายด้านโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.28 อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีความพึงพอใจต่อสภาพการดําเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดูแลนักเรียนประจํา โดยรวมและรายด้านโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.78 อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) มีตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 1 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ด้านการบริหารจัดการ
The objectives of this research were to study (1) the operation based on the standards of help-care for students in Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand; (2) the satisfaction with the operation based on the standards of help-care for students of personnel in Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand; and (3) the condition of operation based on the standards of help-care for students affecting the satisfaction of personnel in Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand. The research sample consisted of 254 personnel from 10 Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand under the Office of Special Education Administration, obtained by multi-stage sampling. The employed data collecting instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Research findings revealed that (1) the sample’s rating mean of opinion toward the overall and by-aspect operations based on the standards of help-care for students was 4.28, which was at the high level; (2) the sample’s rating mean of satisfaction with the overall and by-aspect operations based on the standards of helpcare for students was 3.78, which was at the high level; and (3) there was one predicting variable affecting the satisfaction of personnel in Sueksa Song Khro Schools in the North Eastern Region of Thailand, which was the management and administration variable
