ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำกับการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิผลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลทั่วไปเขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 5

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณาครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำของ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย (2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิผลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำกับการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิผลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 313 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบเชิงเดียว จากประชากร จำนวน 1,452 คน ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการ สาธารณสุขที่ 5 รวม 5 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย และส่วนที่ 3 แบบสอบถามการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิผลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้ค่า CVI ของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 และส่วนที่ 3 เท่ากับเท่ากับ 1.00 และ 0.75 ตามลำดับ และนำไปทดลองใช้หาความเที่ยงของ แบบสอบถามหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ 0.98 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการิวจัยพบว่า (1) คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิผลของหัวหนัาหอผู้ป่วยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิผลของ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01

The purposes of this descriptive research were (1) to study the level of leadership characteristics of head nurses, (2) to investigate the level of the administration effectiveness of head nurses, and (3) to explore the relationship between leadership characteristics and work effectiveness of head nurses in general hospitals public health, inspection region 5. The study sample consisted of 313 nurse practitioners who were selected by means of simple random sampling from the population of 1,452 nurses working at five general hospitals in Public Health Inspection Region 5. The instruments used in the study could be divided into three parts. The first part was the demographic characteristics questionnaire. The second part was the leadership characteristics of head nurse questionnaire. And the third part was the administration effectiveness of head nurses as perceived by nurse practitioners questionnaire. The instruments were examined by 5 panel of experts to ensure of the second and third parts content validity was equal to 1.00 and 0.75. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was equal to 0.98 and 0.97, respectively. Data were analyzed using a computer package in terms of percentage, mean. standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The study findings revealed that 1) all aspects of leadership characteristics of head nurses were al a high level, 2) the overall administration effectiveness of head nurses was at a high level, and 3) all aspects of leadership characteristics was related administration effectiveness of head nurses with statistical significance at the .01 level.
