Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิจัย สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมีผู้ใช้งานระบบจำนวน 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา เจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา และผู้ประสานงานวิจัยระดับคณะ ระบบครอบคลุมการทำงาน 4 ระบบย่อย ได้แก่ ระบบนำเข้าข้อมูล ระบบประมวลผลข้อมูล ระบบแสดงผลลัพธ์ และระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยวิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เริ่มจากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาการทำงานของระบบงานเดิมและการเก็บรวบรวมความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน การวิเคราะห์ระบบ การออกแบบระบบ การพัฒนาระบบ การทดสอบและการติดตั้งระบบจากนั้นทำการประเมินระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้พัฒนาระบบ ได้แก่ โปรแกรมแซมป์ โปรแกรมวิชวลสตูดิโอโคด โปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล โปรแกรมเว็บบราวเซอร์ และภาษาที่ใช้เขียนโปรแกรม ได้แก่ เอชทีเอ็มแอล 5 และพีเอชพี 7 ซึ่งทำงานบนระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์ 10 Home การออกแบบส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้ เลือกใช้เครื่องมือบูตสแตรปและเทมเพลตสำเร็จรูปช่วยในการออกแบบหน้าจอการทำงาน ส่วนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินระบบ คือ แบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศฯ จากผู้ใช้งานระบบจำนวน 12 คน ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานและสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงถูกต้องตามกระบวนการบริหารงานวิจัย ส่วนการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศทั้งหมด 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ ด้านการประมวลผล ด้านการแสดงผลลัพธ์ ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของระบบ ด้านส่วนประสานงานกับผู้ใช้ และด้านภาพรวมของระบบ ผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจทุกด้านในระดับดี
This research aimed to develop an information system for research management at the Research and Development Institute, Suratthani Rajabhat University. There are three groups of users: administrators of research and development institutes, research and development institute staffs, and research coordinators at the faculty level. The system consisted of the operation of 4 subsystems: data entry, data processing, result display, and security systems. The development of information systems is based on the principles of the information system development cycle. This starts with the study and analysis of problems of the original work system, collecting of users’ requirements, system analysis, system design, system development, testing and implementation. The tools used to develop the system were Xampp program, Visual Studio Code, MySQL Database Manager, Web browser program, and programming languages, e.g. HTML5 and PHP7, which run on Windows 10 Home. User Interface Design was developed from a selection of Bootstrap tools and ready-made templates to help design the screen. A questionnaire was used to ask about satisfaction of 12 samples. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the developed information system met the needs of the employers and could be used for real use in accordance with the research management process. The satisfaction assessment results of use of information systems were in 6 aspects: input information into the system, data processing, output display, system security, user interface, and overall results were at a good level.
