การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การบริหารยุทธศาสตร์ของสถาบันบำบัดรักษาและพื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาค (2) ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการมีส่วนร่วมของการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาค (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาค (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมกับการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาค (5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการมีส่วนร่วมที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาค การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรในการวิจัยได้แก่ ข้าราชการ พนักงานราชการ พนักงานกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ลูกจ้างประจำ ลูกจ้างชั่วคราว ในสถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาค จำนวน 1,169 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโรยามาเน ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 298 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสัดส่วน มีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า (1) การบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาคในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (2) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาคในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และการมีส่วนร่วมของการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาคในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (3) การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ พบว่าภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาคในทางบวก ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 (4) การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ พบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์สถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาคในทางบวก ในระดับค่อนข้างสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .0 1 (5) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีอิทธิพลต่อการดำเนินการบริหารยุทธศาสตร์ของสถาบันบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติดแห่งชาติบรมราชชนนีและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ส่วนภูมิภาคได้ดีที่สุดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were to study (1) Strategic management for Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital. (2) The factors of leadership, change and participation for Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital. (3) The relationship between transformational leadership factors and strategic management for Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital. (4) The relationship between participation factors and strategic management for Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital. (5) The relationship between transformational leadership factors and participation factors influencing on strategic management for Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital. This study is an exploratory research. The population in the research was civil servants, government employees. Ministry of Public Health employees Permanent employees Temporary employees in Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital of 1,169 people. The sample size was determined by using the Taro yamane formula. The total number of samples was 298 people using the proportional sampling method. The tools used for data collection was a questionnaire. The descriptive statistics used in the data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The influential statistics applied were Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple regression analysis. The results of this research found that (1) the implementation of strategy management of Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital Overall, it is in a very good level. (2) Transformational Leadership of Strategic Management for Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital Overall, it is in a very good level. and participation of strategic management for Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital Overall, it's at a good level. (3) The results showed that transformational Leadership was related to the management strategy of Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital in a positive way at a relatively high level, staristically significant at the .01 level. (4) The results showed found that participation was related to the management strategy of Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital in a positive way at a relatively high level, staristically significant at the .01 level. (5) Transformational leadership influenced the strategic management action of Princess Mother National Institute on Drug Abuse Treatment and Region Thanyarak Hospital are the best, statistically significant at the .05 level.
