รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารตามทัศนะของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตตุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ดีกษารูปแบบของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารตามทัศนะของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนสุนันทา และ (2) เปรียบเทึยบทัศนะของบุคลากรสายสอนและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนสุนันทา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา จำนวน 788 คน จาก 23 หน่วยงาน จำแนกเป็นบุคลากรสายสอนจำนวน 127 คน บุคลากรสาย สนับสนุน จำนวน 138 คน ชึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ เครื่องมึอที่ใช้เบีนแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความกี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพึยร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารตามทัศนะของ บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนสุนันทา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและ (2) บุคลากรสายสอนและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนมึทัศนะเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนสุนันทาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

The objectives of this research were to (1) study the transformational leadership styles of administrators as perceived by personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University; and (2) compare the attitudes of the teaching line and the supporting line personnel with respect to the ransformational leadership styles of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University administrators. The studied samples were 788 personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University from 23 working units including 127 teaching line personnel and 138 supporting line personnel systematically randomized. The tool used in this research was the questionnaires. Analytical statistics were the frequency distribution, percentage mean, standard deviation and Pearson's co-efficient. the result of the research found that : (1) the transformational leadership styles of administrators as perceived by personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in the overall picture and individual aspects, were at the intermediate level; and (2) the teaching line and the supporting line personnel had their altitudes on the transformational leadership styles of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University of administrators, in the overall picture and individual aspects, undiffcrcnt.
