Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การจัดการฟาร์มโคนมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์โคนมบางสะพาน จำกัด จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและการจัดการฟาร์มโคนมกับคุณภาพน้ำนมดิบ และ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะในการเลี้ยงโคนม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์โคนมบางสะพาน จำกัด ที่มาส่งน้ำนมดิบเป็นประจำ จำนวน 64 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมาชิกสหกรณ์โคนม บางสะพาน จำกัด จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 41-50 ปี สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา มีรายได้ต่อเดือนตั้งแต่ 60,000 บาทขึ้นไป หนี้สินของครัวเรือนอยู่ในช่วง 25,000 บาท ขึ้นไป ส่วนใหญ่เป็นหนี้สหกรณ์โคนมบางสะพาน จำกัด ปริมาณน้ำนมดิบที่ได้เฉลี่ยต่อวัน 101 - 200 ลิตร และ คุณภาพน้ำนมดิบฤดูฝนและฤดูร้อน อยู่ในกรดระดับ 2 คือ คุณภาพน้ำนมดิบดี 1) การจัดการฟาร์มโคนมพบว่า เกษตรกรให้ความสำคัญในด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านขบวนการผลิตน้ำนมดิบ ด้านการเก็บรักษาน้ำนมดิบ และด้านการขนส่งน้ำนมดิบ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านการเลี้ยงโคนม ด้านการจัดการอาหาร และด้านการจัดการสุขภาพสัตว์ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับคุณภาพน้ำนมดิบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติพบว่า ฤดูฝนคือ อายุ และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก ฤดูร้อนคือ อายุ ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการจัดการฟาร์มโคนมกับคุณภาพน้ำนมดิบ พบว่า ฤดูฝนคือ ด้านการเลี้ยงโคนม ด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านขบวนการผลิตน้ำนมดิบ ด้านการเก็บรักษาน้ำนมดิบ และด้านการขนส่งน้ำนมดิบ ฤดูร้อนคือ ด้านการเลี้ยงโคนม 3) ข้อเสนอแนะคือ ควรมีการจัดสัดส่วนการเลี้ยงโคนมในแต่ละช่วงอายุของโคนม ใช้แหล่งที่มาของพันธุ์ โคนมที่มีคุณภาพ การจัดปริมาณและคุณภาพอาหารหยาบ อาหารข้น และสัดส่วนที่ถูกต้องและเหมาะสมสำหรับโครีดนม การพัฒนาขนาดของโรงเรือนโคนมให้ได้มาตรฐาน การทำความสะอาดเต้านมโคก่อนรีด และควรมีการตรวจความผิดปกติของน้ำนมก่อนรีดนมลงในถังรวมกัน
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the management of dairy farms of members of Bang Saphan Dairy Cooperative Limited, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province 2) the relationship between personal factors and the management of dairy farms with raw milk quality and 3) the ecommendation in dairy farming.The sample group of this study was 64 members of Bang Saphan Dairy Cooperative Limited who sent raw milk regularly. The data was collected by using questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, weight mean score, standard deviation, Chi-square test at statistically significant level of 0.01 and content analysis. The results of this study found that most of members of Bang Saphan Dairy Cooperative Limited, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province were male, age 41-50 years, with married status, completed primary education level, obtained monthly income of 60,000 baht or more, with the household debt of 25,000 baht or more. Most of the farmers were in debt with Bang Saphan Dairy Cooperative Limited. The average of raw milk produced was 101-200 liters per day, and the raw milk quality in rainy season and summer season was at grade level 2 which meant good raw milk quality. 1) The management of dairy farm found that farmers focused on the environmental management, the production process, the storage, and the transportation at the high level. 2) The relationships between personal factors and the quality of raw milk at statistically significant during rainy season were age and membership duration as for summer season, it was age. The relationships between the management of dairy farm and the quality of raw milk revealed that in rainy season. They were the environmental management, the production process, the storage and the transportation. For summer season it was the raising of dairy farming. 3) The recommendations were to manage the proportion of dairy farming in each age of the dairy, to utilize the quality of dairy breed sources, to manage quantity and quality of rough feed and condensed feed as well as the right proportion, to standardize the dairy stalls, to examine the abnormalities of milk before milking into the tank together.
