Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตร วิชาชีพ ที่มีต่อการให้บริการของศูนย์วิทยบริการ วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีฐานเทคโนโลยี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1-3 ปีการศึกษา 2560 วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีฐานเทคโนโลยี กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 286 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความ พึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการให้บริการของศูนย์วิทยบริการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่าความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการให้บริการของศูนย์วิทยบริการในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ คือ เนื้อหาของสื่อสี่งพิมพ์ที่ให้บริการมีความน่าสนใจ (2) ด้านคุณภาพของสื่อการเรียนรู้ คือ สื่อการเรียนรู้ที่มีให้บริการมีความถูกต้องเชื่อถือได้ (3) ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ คือ มีขั้นตอนการให้บริการ ยืม -คืน สื่อการเรียนรู้อย่างเป็นระบบ (4) ด้านระเบียบ คือ ความเหมาะสมของจำนวนเล่มในการครอบครองหนังสือสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ จำนวน 4 เล่ม (5) ด้านบุคลากร คือ ความประทับใจในการ ให้บริการของบุคลากร (6) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม คือ มุมหนังสือน่าอ่านเป็นระเบียบ (7) ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ คือ การแจ้งข่าวสาร ข้อมูลตามบอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์ตาม จุดต่างๆ ภายในวิทยาลัย และ (8) ด้านกิจกรรมและการมีส่วนร่วมของนักเรียน คือ นักเรียนทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของศูนย์วิทยบริการ
The purpose of this research was to study the satisfaction of Vocational Certificate Program students with the service provision of the Academic Service Center of Than Technology Technological College. The research population consisted of 286 first - third year Vocational Certificate Program students studying in the 2017 academic year at Than Technology Technological College in Bangkok Metropolis, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the student’s satisfaction with the service provision of the Academic Service Center. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that both the overall and by-aspect satisfactions of the students with the service provision of the Academic Service Center were at the highest level. The items with the highest rating mean for each aspect were the following: (1) in the aspect of learning media, the item on the contents of printed materials being interesting; (2) in the aspect of quality of the learning media, that on the provided learning media being accurate and reliable; (3) in the aspect of the service provision process, that on the circulation process for the learning media being systematic; (4) in the aspect of rules and regulations, that on the appropriateness of the regulation stating that the students can borrow and keep possession of not more than four pieces of learning media at one time; (5) in the aspect of the personnel, that on the impression with the service provision of the personnel; (6) in the aspect of the environment condition, that on the book corners being tidy and conducive for reading; (7) in the aspect of public relations, that on the information on news posted on various public relation boards around the campus; and (8) in the aspect of activities and students’ participation in activities, that on every student participating in activities of the Academic Service Center.
