Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการเข้าใจตนเองต่อการเลือกอาชีพของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโรงเรียนสินปุนคุณวิชญ์จังหวัดกระบี่ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบ การเข้าใจตนเองต่อการเลือกอาชีพของนักเรียน จำแนกตามเพศ เกรดเฉลี่ย แผนการเรียน วิชาที่นักเรียนถนัดและอาชีพผู้ปกครอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2561 โรงเรียนสิน ปุนคุณวิชญ์ จังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 197 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประเมินค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การเข้าใจตนเองต่อการเลือกอาชีพของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนสินปุนคุณวิชญ์ จังหวัดกระบี่ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก จำแนกแต่ละด้าน พบว่าด้านความสนใจความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาชีพและด้านการรู้จักตนเองเพื่อการเลือกอาชีพ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) นักเรียนที่มีเพศต่างกัน เกรดเฉลี่ยต่างกัน และความถนัดต่างกัน มีความเข้าใจตนเองต่อการเลือกอาชีพแตกต่างอย่างจะมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่นักเรียนที่ มีแผนการเรียนและอาชีพผู้ปกครองที่ต่างกันมีการเข้าใจตนเองต่อการเลือกอาชีพไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were (1) to study self-understanding on career selection of upper secondary students at Sinpunkunnawit School in Krabi province; and (2) to compare the levels of self-understanding on career selection of the students as classified by gender, grade point average, study program, aptitude for subject, and parental occupation. The research sample consisted of 197 randomly selected upper secondary students of Sinpunkunnawit School in Krabi province during the 2018 academic year. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance. Research findings showed that (1) the overall self-understanding on career selection of upper secondary students at Sinpunkunnawit School in Krabi province was rated at the high level; when specific aspects of self-understanding were considered, it was found that the aspects of interest, knowledge on careers, and self-awareness for career selection were rated at the high level; and (2) students with different genders, grade point averages, and aptitudes were significantly different in their levels of self-understanding on career selection at the .05 level of statistical significance; while students in different study programs and with different parental occupations did not significantly differ in their levels of self-understanding on career selection.
