Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ตามหลักสูตรการศึกษานอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของครูการศึกษานอกระบบในจังหวัดนราธิวาส และ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นในการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยตามหลักสูตรการศึกษานอกระบบระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551ของครู จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กศน. และ สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวน 228 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ
ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นของครู ที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ตามหลักสูตรการศึกษานอกระบบ ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และด้านการศึกษาต่อเนื่อง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ความคิดเห็นของครู กศน. ที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ตามหลักสูตรการศึกษานอกระบบ ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ตาแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กศน. มีระดับความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนความคิดเห็นของครูจำแนกตาม สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน มีระดับความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of opinions toward the provision of non-formal and informal education to promote lifelong learning based on the basic education level of Non-Formal Education Curriculum, B.E. 2551 of non-formal education teachers in Narathiwas province; and (2) to compare the levels of opinions toward the provision of non-formal and informal education to promote lifelong learning based on the basic education level of Non-Formal Education Curriculum, B.E. 2551 of the non-formal education teachers classified by gender, age, educational qualification, position, work experience in non-formal education, and workplace. The research sample consisted of 228 non-formal education teachers under the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education Promotion in Narathiwas province. A questionnaire was employed as the data collecting instrument. The data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The research findings were as follows: (1) the non-formal education teachers’ overall opinion toward the provision of non-formal education and informal education to promote lifelong learning based on the basic education level of Non-Formal Education Curriculum, B.E. 2551 was at the high level for all four aspects of educational provision, namely, the curriculum aspect, the organizing of learning activities aspect, the measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes aspect, and the continuing education aspect; and (2) non-formal education teachers with different genders, ages, positions, different educational qualifications and experiences in non-formal education did not significantly differ in their levels of opinions toward the provision of non-formal and informal education to promote lifelong learning based on the basic education level of Non-Formal Education Curriculum; while the teachers with workplaces differed significantly in their levels of opinions.
