Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้ในการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร 3) สภาพการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของ เกษตรกร 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร และ 5) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกลําไยที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ ระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตรแบบแปลงใหญ่ ปี 2561-2563 ในเขตพื้นที่อําเภอวังเจ้า จังหวัดตาก จํานวน 363 ราย กําหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโรยามาเน่ ที่ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้ 191 ราย โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายด้วยการจับสลากตามรายชื่อเกษตรกรตามสัดส่วนที่กําหนด เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสําเร็จรูป ใช้สถิติ คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ําสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 51.3 เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 52.17 ปี ร้อยละ 75.4 จบการศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษา จํานวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.86 คน มีประสบการณ์การปลูกลําไยเฉลี่ย 13.32 ปี จํานวน แรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.47 คน พื้นที่ปลูกลําไยเฉลี่ย 9.64 ไร่ ปริมาณผลผลิตลําไยเฉลี่ย 1.36 ตัน/ไร่ ราคาผลผลิต ลําไยเฉลี่ย 23.00 บาท/กิโลกรัม ต้นทุนการผลิตลําไยเฉลี่ย 17,128.94 บาท/ไร่ รายได้จากผลผลิตลําไยเฉลี่ย 31,437.25 บาท/ไร่ และร้อยละ 80.6 ใช้แหล่งทุนตนเองและกู้ยืม 2) เกษตรกรมีความรู้ในการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมาก โดยมีความรู้น้อยที่สุด คือ สถานที่เก็บวัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตร 3) เกษตรกรมีการผลิต ลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับมาก โดยมีการปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุด คือ การเก็บตัวอย่างน้ําเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพ 4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาในการส่งเสริมการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับน้อย โดยมีปัญหามากที่สุด คือ ขาดความรู้ในการเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำ เกษตรกรเห็นด้วยกับข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีด้านการส่งเสริมและด้านวิธีการส่งเสริมในระดับมาก โดยข้อเสนอแนะที่เกษตรกรเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ควรจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี และ 5) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการความรู้ในการผลิตลําไยตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในระดับน้อย มีความต้องการวิธีการ ส่งเสริมในระดับมาก โดยเกษตรกรต้องการการส่งเสริมแบบกลุ่มบุคคลโดยการสาธิต.610 2 4 มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช. สาขาวิชาเกษตรศาสตร์และสหกรณ์
The objectives of this research were to study 1) social and economic conditions of farmers 2) knowledge of longan production according to good agricultural practices of farmers 3) longan production according to good agricultural practices of farmers 4) problems and suggestion in the extension of longan production according to the good agricultural practices of farmer and 5) extension needs for longan production according to the good agricultural practices of farmer. This research was a survey research. The population of this study was longan production farmers who participated in the large agricultural land plot system extension in the year 2018-2020 in the area of Wang Chao district, Tak province from 363 people. The sample size of 191 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05 through simply random sampling method by using lottery from the list of farmers’ names according to the determined proportion. Data was collected through conducting the interview and was analyzed by using a computer program. Statistics used were frequency distribution, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, and ranking. The results of the research showed that 1) 51.3% of farmers were female with the average age of 52.17 years. 75.4% completed primary school education and the average number of household member of 3.86. They had the average experience in longan production of 13.32 years and the average labors in the household were 2.47 people. The average longan production area was 9.64 Rai, the average longan production quantity of 1.36 ton/Rai, the average longan production price of 23.00 Baht/kilogram, the average longan production costs of 17,128.94 Baht/Rai, and the average longan production income of 31,437.25 Baht/Rai. 80.6% had their both their own funds and loans. 2) Farmers had knowledge in longan production according to good agricultural practices at the high level with the lowest level of knowledge in the storage location of agricultural dangerous substances. 3) Farmers practiced the longan production according to good agricultural practice at the high level with the lowest level of practice in the water sample collection to test the water quality. 4) Farmers encountered with the problems in an extension of longan production according to good agricultural practices at the low level with the most problematic issue in the lack of knowledge in water sample collection and agreed with the suggestions in the extension of longan production according to good agricultural practices in the aspects of extension and extension methods at the high level. The suggestion that farmers agreed the most was that the officers should organize the operational training regarding longan production according to good agricultural practices. 5) Farmers wanted to receive the knowledge in longan production according to the good agricultural practices at the low level and the extension methods at the high level. Farmers wanted to receive the group of individuals extension through demonstration
