Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการให้บริการผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน จำแนกตามปังจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านการตลาด และ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางการเสริมสร้างคุณภาพการให้บริการผ่านระบบออนไลน์ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุนประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ กลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการระบบออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน จำนวน 20,026 ราย กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยคำนวณจากสูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้ 392 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ ใช้วิธีเลือกตัวอย่างจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ 392 รายแรกที่ทำแบบสำรวจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิดิเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) คุณภาพการให้บริการผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมส่งเสริมการลงทุน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ผู้ใช้บริการออนไลน์ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งสริมการลงทุนที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านการตลาด แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพการให้บริการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาคุณภาพรายด้านพบว่าผู้ใช้บริการที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และช่องทางการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพการให้บริการแตกต่งกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะคือ ควรเพิ่มคุณภาพการให้บริการด้วยการเอาใจใส่ เต็มใจให้บริการ ให้ความสำคัญกับผู้รับบริการโดยเฉพาะผู้สูงวัยที่ไม่สันทัดด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยี และเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในการให้บริการด้วยการเพิ่มทักษะความรู้ของเจ้าหน้าที่ให้มีความเป็นมาตร ฐานเดียวกัน
The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the service quality levels of the Online System of the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI); (2) to compare the service quality of the Online System of the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) by personal characteristics and marketing factors; and (3) to recommend guidelines to improve the service quality of the Online System of the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI). The population in this study was 20,026 service users of the Online System namely “e-Expert System” of the BOI. The sample size was calculated by using Taro Yamane formula and obtained 392 samples. The research instrument was an online questionnaire. The samples were chosen from the first 392 respondents who answered the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the inferential statistic: t-test (Independent Sample t-test) and F-test (One-way ANOVA). The results showed that: (1) the overall service quality of the Online System of the BOI was found at the highest level. (2) The study showed that the different personal factors and marketing factors had no different opinion on the level of the service quality. But when considering on each dimension, it was found that the different gender, age, education, and channel to receive the information, had a different opinion on the level of the service quality with statistically significance at 0.05 level. (3) Recommendation were that BOI should improve service quality by customer care, willingness to serve, and special attention to the client, especially elder who are not able to use new technology. Moreover, BOI should raise confidence of service by provide more skills and knowledge of BOI officers in order to meet the same standard.
