Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์สุขภาพในเขตปริมณฑลของกรุงเทพมหานครและ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์สุขภาพในเขตปริมณฑลของกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้จัดการ และผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการของศูนย์สุขภาพในเขตปริมณฑลของกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 96 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์สุขภาพในเขตปริมณฑลของกรุงเทพมหานคร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์สุขภาพในเขตปริมณฑลของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้จัดการ และผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการของศูนย์สุขภาพในเขตปริมณฑลของกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามอายุ ระดับการศึกษา สาขา และรูปแบบการประกอบธุรกิจที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์สุขภาพในเขตปริมณฑลของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to: (1) study the level of the success in operating of health centers in the perimeter of Bangkok metropolis (2) compare the level of the success in operating of health centers in the perimeter of Bangkok metropolis by personal foctors analysis The research sample consisted of 96 people include the manager and assistant managers of health centers in the perimeter of Bangkok metropolis, obtained by Stratified Random Sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire level of the success in operating of health centers in the perimeter of Bangkok metropolis. Statistic for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent samples, OW ANOVA Research findings showed that: (1) Level of the success in operating of health centers in the perimeter of Bangkok metropolis the overall at a high level. (2) Hypothesis tests the research found that the manager and assistant managers of health centers in the perimeter of Bangkok metropolis by age, education, major and patterns business operations are different the opinions have level of the success in operating of health centers in the perimeter of Bangkok metropolis the overall and its no different.
