การจัดการระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์จากสภาเทคนิคการแพทย์ของแผนกพยาธิวิทยา โรงพยาบาลค่ายรามราชนิเวศน์

Abstract

การศึกษาการจัดการระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์จากสภาเทคนิค การแพทย์ของแผนกพยาธิวิทยา โรงพยาบาลค่ายรามราชนิเวศน์ เป็นการศึกษาถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมในการขอรับรองคุณภาพมาตรฐานห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์จากสภาเทคนิคการแพทย์ ศึกษาถึงปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อจำกัดในการขอรับรองคุณภาพมาตรฐานดังกล่าว รวมถึงการธำรง รักษาไว้ของระบบคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ด้วยในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ทำการศึกษาโดยแบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็นสองส่วน คือ ส่วนแรกการ ศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณด้วยการศึกษาแผนกพยาธิวิทยา โรงพยาบาลค่ายรามราชนิเวศน์ตามข้อกำหนด ของมาตรฐานงานเทคนิคการแพทย์จากสภาเทคนิคการแพทย์และส่วนที่สองการศึกษาวิจัยเชิง คุณภาพด้วยการใช้แบบการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สัมภาษณ์บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ซึ่งเป็นผู้รับบริการของแผนกพยาธิวิทยา โรงพยาบาลค่ายรามราชนิเวศน์ จากการศึกษาพบว่า แผนกพยาธิวิทยา โรงพยาบาลค่ายรามราชนิเวศน์ได้มีการ ดำเนินการครบตามข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐานงานเทคนิคการแพทย์ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านเครื่องมือ ด้านขั้นตอนก่อนการวิเคราะห์ และด้านขั้นตอนหลังการวิเคราะห์ ส่วนข้อกำหนดที่ดำเนินการได้บางส่วน และยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการนั้น ได้แก่ ด้านองค์กรและการบริหาร ด้านการจัดซื้อ และการใช้บริการภายนอก ด้านสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการตรวจ วิเคราะห์ ด้านเอกสารคุณภาพ ด้านการควบคุมสิ่งที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด ด้านการตรวจ ติดตามแก้ไข ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง และด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการ

The study on Quality Management for Laboratory Accreditation from the Medical technology Council of Pathology Department Fort Ram Ratchaniwet Hospital aims to study the preparedness of medical laboratory certifies quality standard requests from the medical technology council. In order to examine these problems , obstacles and limitations of certification are requested. In addition, this study aims to maintain the quality of medical laboratory standard. In this study, the study was divided into two parts that were 1.Quantitative research study by observations in the pathology department, Fort Ram Ratchaniwet Hospital according to the regulations of medical technology standard and 2.Qualitative research with structured selection interview by interviewed with medical personnel which are the recipients of the Pathology Department of Fort Ram Ratchaniwet Hospital. The study found that the pathology department topics are fully complete with the personnel part , medical appliances , previous analysis procedures and post analysis procedures. Completed partial and incompleted parts were organization and administration, procurement and external services, location and environment , analysis quality assurance, the quality of documents, the control of non comformance, monitoring edit, the continuous quality improvement and the response of recipients requirement.
