Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) วิเคราะห์โอกาสทางการตลาดจากการประกอบธุรกิจฟาร์มโคนม (2) วิเคราะห์ด้านเทคนิคการประกอบธุรกิจฟาร์มโคนม (3) วิเคราะห์ด้านการบริหารในการประกอบธุรกิจฟาร์มโคนม (4) ประเมินความคุ้มค่าทางการเงินในการลงทุนของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจฟาร์มโคนม อำเภอตากฟ้า จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเป็นการศึกษาจากข้อมูลปฐมภูมิและทุติยภูมิ ได้แก่ แหล่งเงินทุน อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการดำเนินกิจการ รายการค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ รูปแบบการจัดการและพนักงาน ยอดขายน้ำนมดิบ วัวคัดทิ้งและปุ๋ยมูลและต้นทุนจากอดีต และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเอกสารจากบทความ ทฤษฎี รายงานการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการบริหาร และด้านการเงิน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ด้านการตลาดมีตวามเป็นไปได้เนื่องจากรัฐบาลเองก็ได้ให้ความสำคัญและส่งเสริมอาชีพการเลี้ยงโคนมอย่างต่อเนื่องและมากขึ้นทุกปี ราคาน้ำนมดิบมีแนวโน้มปรับราคาสูงขึ้นโดยมีการรับประกันราคาจากศูนย์รับซื้อน้ำนมดิบในราคา 18 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม (2) ด้านเทคนิค มีความเป็นไปได้เพราะเมื่อพิจารณากำหนดทำเลที่ตั้งในการทำฟาร์มโคนมที่มีความสะดวกในการขนส่งน้ำนมดิบไปขายยังสหกรณ์โคนมตากฟ้า จำกัด มีแหล่งอาหารที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ใกล้กับสัตวแพทย์ และใกล้สาธารณูปโภคขั้นพื้นฐาน นับเป็นเรื่องที่มีความสำคัญมากเพราะส่งผลถึงต้นทุน (3) ด้านการบริหาร กำหนดรูปแบบการดำเนินงานเป็นกิจการเจ้าของคนเดียวโครงสร้างจึงไม่มีความซับซ้อนมีบุคลากรทั้งหมด 3 คนมีผู้บริหารและฝ่ายผลิต 2 คน (4) ด้านการเงิน พบว่าโครงการนี้ใช้เงินลงทุน 4,142,000 บาท คาดว่าจะมีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 3 ปี 6 เดือน มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิเท่ากับ 5,417,307.07 บาท อัตราผลตอบแทนจาการลงทุน เท่ากับ 18.14 %
The study aimed to (1) analyze market opportunities from the dairy farm businesses, (2) analyze the technique of dairy farm businesses, (3) analyze the management of dairy farm businesses, and (4) evaluate the financial worth of investment of dairy farm operators in Aumphur Takfa, Nakhonsawan Province. This study was a qualitative research by studying primary and secondary data, including source of investment funds, operation equipment business, expenses list, management and employee, raw milk sales, dairy cattle discard, manure and costs from the past. Data were collected from documents, theories, relevant research reports and analyzed four aspects of the feasibility data, including marketing, technical, management and financial. The result showed that (1) marketing aspect is feasible because the government has continuously promoted the dairy farming. The raw milk prices tend to increase with a price guarantee from the raw milk center at 18 baht per kilogram. (2) Technical aspect is feasible because the location of dairy farms is convenient to transport raw milk and sell to Takfa Dairy Cooperatives. Food sources are abundant and near the veterinarians and basic utilities which are very important due to the cost. (3) Management aspect showed private ownership which organizational structure is very simple. There are only one manager and two production employees. (4) Financial aspect found that this project costs 4,142,000 baht. The payback period is expected to be 3 years and 6 months. The net present value is 5,417,307.07 baht. The return on investment is 18.14%.
