ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับจำนวนนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 10

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ภาวะผู้นาเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน และ (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นาเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับจำนวนนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสานักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 10 ประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการภาค 10 จำนวน 2,800 คน จาก 149 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 338 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ด้วยวิธี จับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นาเชิงกลยุทธ์ โดยมีค่าความเที่ยง 0.78 ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ระดับภาวะผู้นาเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมและเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันระหว่างภาวะผู้นาเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารกับจำนวนนักเรียนในภาพรวมมีค่าเท่ากับ -0.21 ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญ

The objectives of the research were to study (1) strategic leadership of private school administrators; and (2) the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and student population in private schools under Regional Education Office 10. The research population comprised 2,800 teachers in 149 private schools under the Regional Education Office 10. The research sample consisted of 338 teachers obtained by simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on the Krejcie and Morgan Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was aquestionnaire on strategic leadership, with reliability coefficient of 0.78. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of strategic leadership of the school administrators were rated at the high level; and (2) Pearson correlation coefficient between strategic leadership of school administrators and overall student population was -0.21, which was significant.
