Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการสร้างทีมงานของโรงเรียนกรรณสูตศึกษาลัย จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา 5 คน ครูผู้สอน 6 คน และกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 6 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 18 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการศึกษาเอกสาร การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ การสนทนากลุ่ม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการสร้างทีมงานของโรงเรียนกรรณสูตศึกษาลัยสุพรรณบุรี ประกอบด้วยปัจจัย 6 ด้าน คือ 1 ) ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมาชิก ได้แก่ การรู้จักคุ้นเคยสนิทสนมกัน ความเชื่อใจไว้วางใจกัน ความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมงานและมีค่านิยมและเจตคติคล้ายคลึงกัน 2) ด้านเป้าหมายของทีมงาน ได้แก่ ความท้าทายของเป้าหมาย มีโอกาสประสบความสำเร็จและการกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกัน 3) ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ได้แก่ ความรู้ ความสามารถและวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และบทบาทของผู้นำทีม 4) ด้านบทบาทของสมาชิก ได้แก่ การกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ของทีมงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม และการปฏิบัติงานทดแทนกันได้ 5) ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารได้แก่การมีระบบการสื่อสาร ที่ดี 6) ด้านอื่นๆได้แก่ นักการเมืองในท้องถิ่นส่งเสริมให้ทีมงานประสบความสำเร็จ ชุมชนให้การสนับสนุนด้านการเงิน ศิษย์เก่ามีความรักต่อโรงเรียนและบุคลากรให้ความสำคัญต่อเทคโนโลยี
This research was a qualitative research. Its objective was to study factors facilitating the success of team building of Kannasootsuksalai School in Suphanburi Province The 18 key research informants consisted of one school director, five associate school directors, six teachers, and six basic education school board members. The data were collected by documentary study, observation, informal interviews, and focus group discussion. The content analysis method was employed for data analysis. Research findings indicated that the factors facilitating the success of team building of Kannasootsuksalai School in Suphanburi Province could be identified in the following six aspects: (1) in the aspect of interrelationship among staff members, the factors were the affection and intimacy among the members, trust and confidence among them, good relationships among colleagues, and having similar attitudes and values; (2) in the aspect of work team goals, the factors were the goals being challenging, the opportunity for success in work performance, and the collaboration in goals setting; (3) in the aspect of leadership, the factors were the knowledge, competency and vision of the school administrator; and the roles of the team leader; (4) in the aspect of the members’ roles, the factors were the proper assignment of the work team’s roles, and the ability of one member to substitute another member in work performance; (5) in the aspect of communications, the factors was the existence of a good communication system system; and (6) in the other aspects, the factors were the promotion for the work team’s success given by local politicians, the financial support provided by the community, the alumni’s love for the school, and the personnel giving importance to technology.
