Abstract
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศต่อทัศนคติและการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนหญิงมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนหญิงมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นจากโรงเรียนในตำบลเสอเพลอ อำเภอกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานี ซึ่งถูกสุ่มตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้าแบบเจาะจง เป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มเปรียบเทียบ กลุ่มละ 25 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศต่อทัศนคติและทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนหญิงมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ซึ่งออกแบบกิจกรรมโดยใช้แนวคิดองค์ประกอบการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารของเดวิด เค เบอร์โล กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การบรรยายให้ความรู้ การแสดงบทบาทสมมติ ถอดบทเรียนเหตุการณ์สมมติ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของบุตรหลาน โดยมีการดำเนินกิจกรรมทั้งหมดจำนวน 5 ครั้ง ในระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ และได้ใช้ แบบสอบถามทัศนคติในการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศและทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศ ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .92 และ .95 ตามลำดับ และมีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .79 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม กลุ่มทดลองมีทัศนคติการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศและทักษะการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศดีกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและดีกว่ากลุ่มเปรียบเทียบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีระดับความพึงพอใจในโปรแกรมการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศในระดับดี
This quasi-experimental research was a two-group pretest-posttest design. The purposes of the research was to study the effects of a sexual communication program on the sexual attitudes and communication skills of parents of female junior high school students.The samples were parents of female junior high school students from schools in Soe phloe Subdistrict, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling and divided into an experimental group and a comparison group of 25 people each. The sexual communication program was developed for this study by applying David K. Berlo’s communication skill development theory. The programs was in workshop format, carried out a total of 5 times over a period of 8 weeks with activities such as lectures, discusstions. role playing, learning from scenarios, knowledge exchange, and teen behavior analysis. Pre- and post- program data were collected using questionnaires on sexual communication attitudes and sexual communication skills. The content validity indexes ware .92 and .95, respectively, and reliability scores were .79 and .87, respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Inderpendent t-test.The findings demonstrated that after enrolling in the program, the experimental group’s average scores for attitude towards communication about sex and sexual communication skills were better than before participating in the program, and were significantly better than those of the comparison group, to a statistically significant degree at p-value
