Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพสังคม เศรษฐกิจและปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดพิจิตร 2) การมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรในบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านของจังหวัดพิจิตร 3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านของจังหวัดพิจิตร 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในบทบาทหน้าที่ของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน ประชากรที่ทำการศึกษา ได้แก่ คือ อาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดพิจิตร มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 888 ราย กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ยามาเน่ (TaroYamane1973) ที่ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนได้ไม่เกิน 0.07 ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 166 ใช้วิธีการการสุ่มคัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบง่าย โดยการจับสลากตามบัญชีรายชื่อของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน ตามสัดส่วนอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านในแต่ละอำเภอของจังหวัดพิจิตร ผลการศึกษา ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของ อาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดพิจิตร สภาพสังคมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 46.61 ปี ส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย และดำรงตาแหน่งเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้านควบคู่กัน สภาพเศรษฐกิจของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน มีอาชีพหลักและอาชีพรอง คือ การทำการเกษตร ส่วนใหญ่ มีรายได้รวมของครัวเรือน (ต่อปี) เฉลี่ย 256,7737.29 บาท ปัจจัยอื่น มีระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งอาสาสมัครเกษตร เฉลี่ย 4.31 ปี โดยเป็นเกษตรหมู่บ้านร่วมด้วย ร้อยละ 23.3 เข้ามารับตำแหน่งได้ เพราะ ผู้นำหมู่บ้านชักชวน ร้อยละ 38.0 และต้องการช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรในด้านการเกษตร ร้อยละ 36.7 ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ด้านการการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและการถ่ายทอดความรู้ พบว่าปัจจัยด้านสถานภาพ มีผลเกี่ยวข้องกับการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญยิ่งทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ยกเว้น ด้านการติดตามสถานการณ์การเกษตร ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยด้านอายุที่มีผลเกี่ยวข้องกับการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญยิ่งทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัญหาในการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดพิจิตร พบว่าอยู่ในระดับน้อย ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ข้อเสนอแนะของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านทั้งหมด ร้อยละ 100 เสนอแนะให้ควรปรับปรุงปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการให้ความช่วยเหลือล่าช้าและควรมีค่าตอบแทนอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน ร้อยละ 76.2
The purposes of this research to study; 1) the social, economic and other factors of village agricultural volunteers in Phichit province 2) Participation of village agricultural volunteers 3) factors related to the involvement of village agricultural volunteers 4) the problems and the suggestions of village agricultural volunteers in Phichit province to participate. The samples were 166 of village agricultural volunteers in Phichit province. The instrument was interviews. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were percentage, minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. According to the study found that factors related to the status of participation of village agricultural volunteers, statistically significant at the 0.05 level all in the 3 items such as the collect baseline data on village agricultural, the village-level agricultural development plan, and coordinating the transfer of knowledge and troubleshooting. The age factor associated with the participation of village agricultural volunteers, statistically significant at the 0.05 level.There is only one problem in each purpose at the field of agriculture to monitor the situation with the participation of Village Agricultural Volunteers in Phichit Province, which found in the low level all 4 purposes.
