การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง
การจัดเก็บข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมระบบบริหารสารสนเทศสถานศึกษา สำหรับบุคลากรโรงเรียนในเขต
พื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการ
เรียนจากการฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้รับ
การฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรม
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นบุคลากรโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์
เขต 3 จำนวน 42 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1)
ชุดฝึกอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง การจัดเก็บข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมระบบบริหารสารสนเทศ
สถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 หน่วย ได้แก่ หน่วยที่ 6 การจัดเก็บข้อมูลงานโรงเรียน หน่วยที่ 7 การ
จัดเก็บข้อมูลงานกิจการนักเรียน หน่วยที่ 11 การจัดเก็บข้อมูลงานการจัดระบบ (2) แบบทดสอบ
ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่าน
เครือข่าย ผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลจากการทดลองมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติเพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรม
คอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย ด้วยค่า E,/E2 การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายที่สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้นทั้ง 3
หน่วย มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ดังนี้ 81.67/81.00, 80.00/81.67 และ 79.67/81.33 ตามลำดับ
(2) ความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05
และ (3) ความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายอยู่ใน
ระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง
The purposes of this research were to: (1) develop computer-based training packages via network on School Management Information System for school personnel in Buriram Educational Service Area 3 to meet the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) study the learning progress of the school personnel who were trained with the developed computer-based training packages via network; and (3) study opinions of the trainees toward the developed computer-based training packages via network. in Buriram Educational Service Area 3. Research instruments used were (1) three units of computer-based training packages via network on School Management Information System, namely, Unit 6: Filing and Storing Data on School Work, Unit 7: Filing and Storing Data on Student Affair Work, and Unit 11: Filing and Storing Data on System Management Work; (2) parallel forms of an achievement test for pre- testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire to assess school personnel's opinions toward the developed computer-based training packages. Data were analyzed to determine the efficiency of the developed computer-based training packages with the calculation of E;/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that (1) the three units of the developed computer-based training packages had efficiency indices of 81.67/81.00, 80.00/81.67 and 79.67/81.33 respectively, meeting the determined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the trainees achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) opinions of trainees toward the developed computer-based training packages via network were at the highly agreeable level.
