Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สังเคราะห์นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาที่ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกรอบสามในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี และ (2) เสนอกรณีตัวอย่างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่เป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาที่ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกรอบสามในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี แหล่งข้อมูลที่นำมาสังเคราะห์ คือ รายงานผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกรอบสามของสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ที่ผ่านการประเมินจากสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา (สมศ.) จำนวน 32 ฉบับ และครูผู้ให้ข้อมูลการจัดทำนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่เป็นเลิศ เครื่องมือที่ใฃ้ในการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัย คือ นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา แบบบันทึกข้อมูลนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา และแบบสัมภาษณ์ครูเกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า (1) มีจำนวนนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาทั้งหมดจำนวน 38 เรื่อง สามารถจำแนก ประเภทนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา 5 ประเภท ได้แก่ นวัตกรรมด้านสื่อการสอนและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา จำนวน 19 เรื่อง นวัตกรรมด้านการเรียนการสอน จำนวน 16 เรื่อง นวัตกรรมด้านการบริหารจัดการ จำนวน 2 เรื่อง นวัตกรรมด้านหลักสูตร จำนวน 1 เรื่อง ส่วนนวัตกรรมด้านการประเมินผล พบว่าไม่มีการจัดทำนวัตกรรม (2) กรณีตัวอย่างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่เป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาที่ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกรอบสามในสังกัดสำนักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรีที่นำเสนอ เป็นการนำเอาวิธีปฏิบัติหรือขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติ วิธีการใหม่ๆ ที่ทำให้สถานศึกษาประสบความสำเร็จหรือนำไปสู่ความเป็นเลิศ เป็นที่ยอมรับในวงวิชาการหรือวิชาชีพนั้นๆ และมีหลักฐานของความสำเร็จปรากฏชัดเจน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ กระบวนการดำเนินงาน ปัจจัยที่ทำให้ประสบ ความสำเร็จ ผลลัพธ์และตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ ตลอดจนความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ได้บันทึกเป็นเอกสาร และเผยแพร่ ให้หน่วยงานภายในหรือภายนอกสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์1ด้ โดยแต่ละสถานศึกษานั้นมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ใปสู่ผลสัมถุทธิ์ของนักเรียน และเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
The purposes of this research were (1) to synthesize educational innovations of schools passing the third round external quality assurance under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 9 in Suphan Buri province; and (2) to present the example cases of excellent educational innovations of schools passing the third round external quality assurance under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 9 in Suphan Buri province. The source of information that had been taken for synthesis included 32 evaluation reports on on Service Area Office 9 in Suphan Buri province that had passed the third round external quality assurance conducted by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA), and teachers who provided information on excellent educational innovations. The instruments employed for synthesis were educational innovations of the schools, a form to record information on educational innovations, and an interview form for interviewing teachers on educational innovations. Data were analyzed using the frequency and content analysis. Research findings could be concluded as follows: (1) there was a total number of 38 educational innovations in school; they could be classified into 19 innovations on instructional media and educational technology, 16 innovations on instruction, two innovations on educational management, and one innovation on curriculum; however, there was no innovation on educational evaluation; and (2) the example cases of excellent educational innovations of schools passing the third round external quality assurance under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 9 in Suphan Buri province that were presented were the cases of new methods or new steps of practice that enabled the school to achieve success or excellence that were acknowledged in the academic or professional circles, with clear evidences of achievement which included the description on objectives, operational process, factors contributing to the success, outcomes and indicators of achievement, and documents on the acquired knowledge and experiences that could be disseminated to within and outside work agencies for beneficial application; also, it should be added that each school aimed at achieving the outcomes in terms of students’ learning achievement and development of educational quality of the school toward greater efficiency
