Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างแบบวัดความสามารถในการคิดแก้ปัญหาการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อมของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดความสามารถในการคิดแก้ปัญหาการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อมของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 500 คนได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบวัดความสามารถในการคิดแก้ปัญหาการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อม เป็นข้อสอบปรนัยชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก ที่กำหนดสถานการณ์ให้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความตรง ค่าความยาก ค่าอำนาจจำแนก และค่าความเที่ยง
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) แบบวัดความสามารถในการคิดแก้ปัญหาการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อมประกอบด้วย ด้านการใช้ที่ดินไม่เหมาะสม ด้านการใช้นํ้า ด้านการใช้ป่าไม้ ด้านการใช้สัตว์ป่า และ ด้านการใช้แร่ธาตุซึ่งเป็นข้อสอบแบบเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก ที่กำหนดสถานการณ์ให้ จำนวน 40 ข้อ และ (2) แบบวัดความสามารถในการคิดแก้ปัญหาการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อมมีความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.60 - 1.00 ความยากอยู่ระหว่าง 0.20 - 0.76 อำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.20 - 0.60 และความเที่ยงมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.91
The objectives of this research were (1) to construct a test to measure thinking ability on solving natural resource and environment conservation problems of Prathom Suksa VI students under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area 2; and (2) to verify quality of the constructed test to measure thinking ability on solving natural resource and environment conservation problems of Prathom Suksa VI students under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area 2. The research sample consisted of 500 Prathom Suksa VI students in schools under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area 2 during the second semester of the 2013 academic year, obtained by multi-stage sampling. The employed research instrument was a test to measure thinking ability on solving natural resource and environment conservation problems. It was a situational test in the form of multiple choice objective test with four choices. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, content validity index, difficulty index, discriminating index, and reliability coefficient. Research results showed that (1) the constructed test to measure thinking ability on solving natural resource and environment conservation problems was composed of items on problems of inappropriate utilization of land, problems of utilization of water, problems of utilization of forest, problems of utilization of wild animals, and problems of utilization of minerals; the test was a 40-item situational test in the form of multiple choice objective test with four choices; and (2) the constructed test had content validity as shown by the IOCs ranging from 0.60 to 1.00; its difficulty indices ranged from 0.20 to 0.76; its discriminating indices ranged from 0.20 to 0.60; and its reliability coefficient was 0.91
