บทบาททางการเมืองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร เมื่อวันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2553

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อศึกษา (1) บทบาททางการเมืองของอาสาสมัคร สาธารณสุขในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร เมื่อวันนี้ 6 มิถุนายน 2553 (2) ปัจจัยหนุนเสริมบทบาททางการเมืองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาเขต สายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร เมอวันนี้ 6 มิถุนายน 2553 การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิจัยเอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์บุคคลนี้ เกี่ยวข้องแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจาก อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม สมาชิกสภา เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร รวมทั้งสิ้น 24 คน เครื่องมือนี้ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1)บทบาททางการเมืองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข กรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหมในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาเขตสายไหม เพี่อวันนี้ 6 มิถุนายน 2553 ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในการให้ความรู้และรณรงค์การเลือกตั้ง การเข้าร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการประจำ หน่วยเลือกตั้ง และการโน้มน้าวชักจูงผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งให้เลือกผู้สมัครนี้สนับสนุนได้รับเลือกตั้ง (2) ปัจจัยหนุนเสริมบทบาททางการเมืองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม ในการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาเขตสายไหม ได้การมีตำแหน่งเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข การมี สถานภาพทางสังคมนี้สูงในชุมชน การเป็นผู้ให้การอุปถัมป์ในการดูแลสุขภาพของคนในชุมชน

The objective of this research is to study the political roles of public health volunteers in the election for district council members in Sai Mai District, Bangkok, on 6 June 2010 and the supporting factors that promoted such roles. This is a qualitative research undertaken through documentary research and interviews with 24 key informants, chosen through purposive sampling, which consists of public health volunteers, district council members and voters in Sai Mai District, Bangkok. Data were collected using interview forms and analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results show that firstly, the key roles of public health volunteers in the election for district council members in Sai Mai District, Bangkok, on 6 June 2010 include informing people about the election, encouraging people to vote, acting as committee members at polling stations and tried to persuade voters to vote for the candidates they supported. Secondly, factors that helped support these roles point towards the status of the volunteers such as holding official positions, having a social status in the community, and gaining the high regards and sense of gratitude from voters as a result of being public health volunteers.
