ความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษาของครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อ การศึกษาของครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ในปี การศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 312 คนโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 มีความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษาโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก แต่เมื่อพิจารณาความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า (1) ด้านบริหารทั่วไปมีความต้องการการจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุน การบริหารงาน (2) ด้านบริหารการจัดเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูล มีความต้องการการจัดเก็บข้อมูลและประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อสืบค้นผลการเรียน (3) ด้านบริหารระบบเครือข่าย มีความต้องการระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง (4) ด้านวิชาการทั่วไปมีความต้องการโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพทางการศึกษา (5) ด้านวิชาการเพื่อการเรียนการสอนมีความต้องการโปรแกรมเพื่อผลิตนวัตกรรมเพื่อการเรียนการสอน (6) ด้านวิชาการฝึกอบรมมีความต้องการการให้ความรู้ด้านการใช้ระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต และ (7) ด้านบริการมีความต้องการสถานที่ที่จัดให้บริการห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน

The purpose of this research was to study the needs for using educational information technology of teachers in Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 1. The research sample consisted of 312 teachers in Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 1, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall need for using educational information technology of teachers in Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 1 was at the high level. When specific aspects of the needs were considered, it was found that (1) on the aspect of general management, there was the need for organizing the information system for supporting general management; (2) on the aspect of data filing and processing management, there was the need for data filing and processing for retrieval of learning outcomes; (3) on the aspect of network system management, there was the need for the high speed Internet network system; (4) on the aspect of general academic affair, there was the need for a computer program to evaluate the educational efficiency; (5) on the aspect of instructional academic affair, there was the need for a computer program for production of instructional innovations; (6) on the aspect of training academic affair, there was the need for provision of knowledge on using the Internet network system; and (7) on the aspect of services, there was the need for the place to set up a computer service room for provision of instructional services.
