Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) กระบวนการสื่อสารเพื่อถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาผ้าฝ้ายย้อมครามบ้านพันนา จังหวัดสกลนคร 2) นวัตกรรมการสื่อสารเพื่อถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาผ้าฝ้ายย้อมครามบ้านพันนา จังหวัดสกลนครการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแบบเจาะจงจากผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในกระบวนการสื่อสารและนวัตกรรมการสื่อสารเพื่อถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญา แบ่งเป็น 7 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (1) ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน 1 คน (2) ผู้นำชุมชน 3 คน (3) นักธุรกิจ 3 คน (4) ช่างทอผ้า 5 คน (5) เยาวชน 3 คน (6) หัวหน้าหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3 คน (7) ผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษา จำนวน 3 แห่ง เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและแบบสนทนากลุ่ม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสร้างข้อสรุป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กระบวนการสื่อสาร ผู้ส่งสารคือปราชญ์ชาวบ้านใช้การบอกเล่า อธิบาย และลงมือทำไปพร้อมๆกัน สารที่ถ่ายทอดคือภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม ช่องทางการสื่อสารคือการสื่อสารแบบปากต่อปากและเสียงตามสาย โดยมีผู้ใหญ่บ้านเป็นผู้ประกาศเพื่อจัดกิจกรรมและประชุม ผู้รับสารได้รับสารจากคนในครอบครัวและปราชญ์ชาวบ้านโดยการบอกเล่า เมื่อทำความเข้าใจแล้วจึงเกิดการปฏิบัติไปด้วยกัน โดยมีการสื่อสารที่มีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็นเพื่อนำมาสนับสนุนการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลที่ดี 2) นวัตกรรมการสื่อสารเพื่อถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาผ้าฝ้ายย้อมครามประกอบด้วย (1) สื่อออนไลน์ ได้แก่ แอปพลิเคชันเป็นคู่มือเผยแพร่ส่งเสริมสินค้าการตลาดโอทอปมีรายชื่อผู้ผลิตผ้าคราม มีการใส่การออกแบบลายผ้าแบบโบราณและประยุกต์ ไลน์มีการติดต่อผู้ผลิตในกลุ่มทอผ้า มีหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีการแจ้งการประชุมกิจกรรมต่างๆในกลุ่ม มีการซื้อขายและแจ้งการชำระเงินผ่านทางคิวอาร์โค้ด เฟซบุ๊กมีการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับสินค้าโอทอปผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม ซื้อขายผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปสินค้า แนะนำแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ทวิตเตอร์ (ไทยตำบล) ผู้ผลิตมีการขายสินค้าเองขายตรงให้กับลูกค้าทางออนไลน์ คิวอาร์โค้ดงานวิจัยและพัฒนาของ มทร.อีสานสกลนครได้นำมาพัฒนาใช้เป็นสื่อกลางการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลเพื่อบอกเล่าถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวการผลิตผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม วิถีชุมชน มนต์เสน่ห์แห่งประวัติความเป็นมา วัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญา เว็บไซต์ของกรมส่งเสริมคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมได้สร้างศูนย์การเรียนรู้ โดยมีบริการออนไลน์อิเซอร์วิส ศูนย์ข้อมูลข่าวสารของกลุ่มทอผ้าบ้านพันนา ยูทูปเป็นการบอกเล่าเรื่องราวการผลิตนั้นๆผ่านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือให้กับผู้บริโภคถึงผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ (จีไอ) มีกรรมวิธีดั้งเดิมในการผลิตผ้าฝ้ายย้อมคราม สร้างเอกลักษณ์และมีคุณค่าในการอนุรักษ์(2) สื่อออฟไลน์ ได้แก่ แผ่นพับและใบปลิว มีข้อมูลประวัติความเป็นมาของกลุ่มทอผ้าบ้านพันนา ที่มาของคราม วิถีย้อมครามแบบดั้งเดิม ผลิตภัณฑ์ และแหล่งท่องเที่ยว โปสเตอร์ เสนอภาพถ่าย ผลิตภัณฑ์ในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น ผ้าผืนผ้าคลุมไหล่ ผ้าพันคอ ไวนิล เป็นป้ายงานเครือข่ายของกลุ่ม แจ้งข่าวสารงานสัมมนา ประชุม ฝึกอบรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและแจ้งข่าวสารต่างๆ โปสเตอร์สื่อการสอน เป็นข้อมูลกรรมวิธีการผลิตตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำ กลางน้ำและปลายน้ำ และสติ๊กเกอร์เป็นชื่อสินค้าโอทอป สินค้าชุมชนที่มีชื่อ คิวอาร์โค้ด ไลน์ และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ แบบกระชับโดยใช้ควบคู่ไปกับกระบวนการสื่อสารที่ถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญา
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the process of communication for passing down local knowledge transfer of indigo-dyed cotton cloth making in Baan Phanna, Sakon Nakhon Province; and 2) innovations in communication used for transferring local knowledge indigo-dyed cotton cloth making in Baan Phanna, Sakon Nakhon Province. This was a qualitative research using in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The key informants were chosen by purposive sampling from among people who played an important role in communication and communication innovation for transferring local knowledge. They comprised seven groups: (1) a village savant; (2) three community leaders; (3) three business people; (4) five weavers; (5) three local youth; (6) three heads of relevant agencies; and (7) 3 administrators of educational institutions. The research tools were interview forms and a focus group discussion form. Data were analyzed to draw conclusions. The results showed that 1) the communications process: the sender was the village savant, who explained the knowledge and demonstrated it. The message was the traditional method of making indigo-dyed cotton cloth. The communication channels were word of mouth and the public address system, through which the village headman announced activities and meetings. The message receivers heard the messages transmitted verbally from family members and village savants and then put the knowledge into practice. The communication was participatory and supported by exchanges of ideas and opinions, so it was effective and efficient. 2) Communication innovations were (1) online media, including an application to promote One Tambol One Product (OTOP) products with a list of the indigo cotton producers and a database of traditional and modern designs; a weavers group on the Line application where related government agencies can announce activities; QR codes for buying and selling; Facebook pages to sell and promote indigo cotton products; tourism promotion through Twitter; online sales by individual producers; QR codes links to research and development websites; a university in the northeast developed a hub for telling the story of indigo dyed cotton, the community’s way of life, and the charm of its history and culture; the Department of Environmental Quality Promotion set up a learning center with online service; and the YouTube channel of the Baan Phanna Weavers Group publicizes the craft and tells about the traditional production process, emphasizing its unique nature and value as a Geographical Indicator. (2) Offline media included flyers and pamphlets with the history of the Baan Phanna Weavers Group, the method, products and tourism sites; posters with photos of products like bolt cloth, scarves and shawls; vinyl posters to tell about seminars, workshops and meetings; educational posters that illustrate the production process from start to finish; and label stickers with the OTOP logo, community product name, QR code, Line ID and contact phone number, which were concise ways to complement the communication process to transfer the local knowledge
