Abstract
การวิจัยเรื่อง การสื่อสารเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวหาดราไว ตำบลขอนคลาน อำเภอทุ่งหว้า จังหวัดสตูล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ 1) กระบวนการสื่อสาร และ 2) การจัดการการสื่อสาร การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแบบเจาะจง โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเป็นผู้ที่ทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนและขับเคลื่อนการสื่อสารการท่องเที่ยวหาดราไว รวมจำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกึ่งมีโครงสร้างและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการสร้างข้อสรุป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กระบวนการสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้ส่งสาร คือ กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ผู้นำศาสนา กลุ่มชาวประมง กลุ่มคนขับเรือนำเที่ยว ผู้ประกอบการการท่องเที่ยวด้านที่พักและโฮมสเตย์ ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าชุมชน กลุ่มพ่อค้าแม่ค้า กลุ่มแม่บ้าน มัคคุเทศก์ มัคคุเทศก์น้อย และนักท่องเที่ยว (2) เนื้อหาการสื่อสาร คือ ข้อมูลของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว วิถีวัฒนธรรมชุมชน ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น การเดินทาง ที่พัก อาหารการกิน และกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวที่ให้บริการ รวมถึงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ (3) ช่องทางการสื่อสาร คือ สื่อสารมวลชน สื่อบุคคล สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (4) ผู้รับสาร คือ ผู้ที่มีความสนใจการท่องเที่ยวธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรมในพื้นที่จังหวัดสตูลเป็นหลัก 2) การจัดการการสื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย (1) การรวมตัวของแกนนำในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวของตำบลโดยการนำของกำนันนักพัฒนาร่วมกับเครือข่ายแกนนำการท่องเที่ยวในตำบล (2) การกำหนดภารกิจและหน้าที่ของกลุ่มเครือข่ายตามความเหมาะสมและความถนัดของแต่ละกลุ่ม (3) การวางแผนการสื่อสารผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสารต่าง ๆ (4) การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารการท่องเที่ยวสู่ประชาชนในจังหวัดสตูล (S) การจัดปัจจัยสนับสนุนการสื่อสารจากผู้นำท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน ภาคีเครือข่ายต่าง ๆ ทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่มีศักยภาพทั้งภาควิชาการและภาควิชาชีพในการให้ถ่ายทอดความรู้ ทักษะที่จำเป็นให้กับประชาชนระดับแกนนำและประชาชนทั่วไปในฐานะเจ้าบ้านอย่างต่อเนื่อง
The objective of this research was to study communication for the promotion of tourism at Rawai Beach, Khon Klan Sub-district, Thung Wa District, Satun Province in terms of 1) the communication process and 2) communication management. This was a qualitative research using the method of in-depth interviews. The fifteen key informants were chosen by criterion based selection from among people who were in charge of supporting and driving communications for promoting tourism at Rawai Beach. The research tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview form. Data were anaylzed deductively. The results showed that 1) the communication process consisted of (1) message senders who were subdistrict headman, village headmen, religious leaders, fishermen, boatmen, accommodations owners, community shop-owners, vendors, housekeepers, guides, youth guides and tourists; (2) message included information about tourist destinations, community culture, local wisdom, travel, accommodations, food, tourism activities and other facilities; (3) communication channels were mass media, personal media, print media and social media; (4) message receivers were mainly people interested in eco-tourism and cultural tourism in Satun. 2) Communication management consisted of (1) joining together of core leaders to develop tourism in the sub-district under the leadership of Subdistrict Headman that is developer, and the network of local core tourism leaders; (2) setting the duties and responsibilities of people in the network as appropriate depending on each group’s aptitudes; (3) planning communications for different channels; (4) disseminating information about tourism news to the residents of Satun; (5) distributing supporting factors from local leaders, community leaders, and public and private sector allies with good potential, including academics and professionals who can continuously transmit knowledge and necessary skills to local leaders and ordinary citizens who are tourism hosts
