Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการใช้สารสนเทศของนิติกรสำนักงานเลขาธิการ
สภาผู้แทนราษฎร 2) เปรียบเทียบการใช้สารสนเทศของนิติกรสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎรจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3) ศึกษาปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศของนิติกรสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร และ 4) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศของนิติกร สำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎรจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน วิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นิติกรสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร จำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติการทดสอบค่าทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นิติกรสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎรมีการใช้สารสนเทศ โดยรวมในระดับปานกลาง จำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและด้านวัตถุประสงค์การใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานด้านนิติบัญญัติและด้านนิติการมีการใช้ในระดับมาก
2) เปรียบเทียบการใช้สารสนเทศของนิติกรสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎรจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่ามีการใช้สารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนนิติกรที่มีเพศต่างกันมีการใช้สารสนเทศไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) ปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศของนิติกรสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎรโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศของนิติกรสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎรจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่ามีปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

This research aimed 1) to study information use by legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives; 2) to compare information use by legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives by gender, educational level and work experience; 3) to study the problems of information use by legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, and 4) to compare the problems of information use by legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives by gender, educational level and work experience. This research was a survey study and the population consisted of 254 legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives. The instruments were questionnaires. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The research findings were summarized as follows: 1) information use by legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives was at the middle level, when classified each aspect found that the use of information technology and the objective of information use for supporting their work were at the high level. 2) Comparing information use by legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives by the educational level and work experience found the overall significantly different, but by gender there was no statistical significance. 3) The problems of information use by legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives was at the middle level 4) Comparing the problems of information use by legal officers in the Secretariat of the House of Representatives by work experience found the overall significantly different, but by gender and educational level there was no statistical significance
